This was such a lovely garden oasis from the city, but close to many things.

Rooms were clean and the food good. The staff went out of their way to make my stay pleasant. I came right after getting food poisoning and the staff were very caring and accommodating. This place was recommended by my friend and she made me soup to help me get back to health and the staff warmed it for me and I was able to only order toast and rice, finally, before I left, I was able to order meals from the menu, which was good! They also allowed me to extend my stay a couple of days more as I recuperated. It was nice and quite too. And, the beds are great for sleeping. Love Lupa; a gentle and beautiful dog!

Do keep in mind that with a beautiful garden (and during rainy season) you will have to contend with mosquitoes. However, they keep plenty of mosquito repellent at the restaurant for your use and burned mosquito repellent coils in the evening :-). Oh yeah, they have a clean pool too and many nice quire areas to sit at.

I enjoyed the peaceful stay and most of all the beautiful Thai staff! Thank you!

Best place to stay in Chiang Mai u0026 for sure one of the greatest resorts we ve been to during our world trip! Deserves more than a 5 out of 5 stars!

The rooms are spacious, fabulously equipped and furnished with a lot of love for detail!
The garden which includes a pool invites for some relaxing hours and it is actually so nice there, that its hard to leave for some day activities!
The included breakfast ist just amazing and the restaurant serves delicious, reasonably priced dishes.

Best of all are however are the two owners Marcel and Kun! They simply are wonderful people, who try to help wherever they can and its amazing how welcoming they are.

I hope we can return some day!

Once you walk through the gates of Liam's Suan Dok Mai Guesthouse you will enter a quiet tropical paradise located just (driving) minutes from the city. The pool surrounded by a real beautiful tropical garden is amazing. Our room was on the 1st floor, spacious with balcony and the wifi connection is excellent. We loved the relaxed atmosphere and friendly hosts. Then there is breakfast! it's fabulous! Any style eggs you want, bacon, toast, different jams, cereals, juce, milk, coffee, fresh fruits and if that's not enough there are still pancakes waiting to be served! A great place to stay while in Chiang Mai.

I stayed about a week at Liam's Suan Dok Mai Guesthouse with my dog and had an amazing time. The service was outstanding, I felt really taken care of and my stay was personalized to what I needed (i.e. my room was downstairs because of the dog).

The guesthouse was exactly what I needed. The pool, beautiful ambiance, helpful staff, outstanding service. Everything was excellent, I had a great stay and can't wait to go back. Would highly recommend!

We were visiting Chiang Mai with friends and stayed 3 weeks in this guesthouse.

The guesthouse is located a little outside the city center in a very quiet neighborhood with good restaurants, a 7/11 and a market nearby.
The owners and staff can help you if you want to rent a scooter.

We loved the green, clean and very friendly environment. The owners and staff are very kind and make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Nothing is to much for them like ordering a taxi, giving advice on excursions, preparing you a delicious breakfast with omelet or pancake, yoghurt, toast, homemade jams, ... or just having a nice chat at the bar right next to the pool.

The rooms are spacious with an en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower with towels and amenities, a mini-fridge and coffee and tea facilities.
The rooms also have a small terrace for those who like to smoke (no smoking inside the rooms ????????).

Would definitely recommend Liam’s Suan Dok Mai guesthouse and will go back again. I found my place to stay when I come back to Chiang Mai!
You’re doing a good job guys, giving you a 5 star. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Loved Liam's and will be back very soon! My ancient dog Bolo and I were warmly welcomed at this lovely paradise, and we very much felt at home. Great location, gorgeous pool, lush garden and clean and comfortable rooms with all desired amenities. They really serve a fantastic breakfast too, and it was so nice chatting with these charming gentlemen.Thank you for the peaceful stay and please say hi to Lupa!

Such a lovely hidaway ...guesthouse only 10 minutes from the city of Chiangmai. Nice pool.. beautiful garden and delicious food. The owners Marcel and Koen are giving the best service you can wish. Highly recommended.
