We stayed here twice while travelling Thailand. We really enjoyed our stay here, the staff were helpful and friendly. We had our laundry done at the hotel and our clothes smelled amazing! They reception staff printed off our boarding passes for free, which was really kind of them. The rooms where very clean, spacious and had lots of amenities. The pool was clean but around it could use with a bit of an update. Overall really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

The location of the hotel cannot be beat, it’s so central and easy to walk around the area. The staff were super friendly and greeted us each time we walked through the reception area and we were even able to check in early (around 10!) because our room was ready. The room itself was really clean, fresh and the air conditioning worked perfectly (no musty or damp smells as we had experienced in other hotels around Thailand). The room isn’t anything special, but about the same as many hotels I’d stayed in for much for money in Canada. The breakfast was also pretty good, although the staff in the cafe was sometimes confused as to if we were guests from the hotel or not.

Lovely hotel near the centre of Chiang Mai. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious and had good air conditioning. Pool was clean and felt private. The hotel staff booked and airport transfer back for us and which was prompt and good value. Would stay here again if in Chaing Mai.

staff are nice and helpful.
stay 3rd floor or above for better view as 2nd floor may have fence outside to block the view. I saw some guests were not considerable as they left trash in the pool side and the wind blows the trash everywhere.

Staff are friendly. The place is very clean and the rooms are spacious. It’s also in a very central location. It’s a shame they don’t have a gym.

Perfect location. Comfortable stay. Free underground and ground Parking available.
