This place took me back home to Georgia. It feels and tastes like an old South BBQ joint. The ribs, sausage, chicken and pulled pork were all spot-on. The sides were excellent...I particularly recommend the fried okra.

Best barbecue restaurant in Chiangmai. Ribs was great and mash potatoes with mustard was so delicious! Also love the pull pork too! Chill atmosphere in town if you want to get a Texas’s BBQ I recommend Dinkey’s BBQ

I have been several time here. My last experience wasn't the best.
We ordered a double set 2 main and 2 side. The waitress told us if we eat the same main there is an over charge of 100 THB. I asked her where it is writing on the menu and she said it's my boss who told me and ask me if I want to change my choice. I said to her that's my children choice why should I change it and I paid the 100 thb extra because we order the same main and not two different one.
Food and taste was good as usual except the ribs that was a bit uncooked and very pink in the inside.
I got 2 times hamburger there the first time it was so far the best hamburger I eat in Chiang Mai, the second time it was the last burger of the day and my filling wasn't as palatable as my first experience.

Randomly stumbled on this place online and we're so impressed. Definitely the best BBQ place in Chiang Mai. Even the best pickles I've had too! They were so nice and the atmosphere was great as well. Will be back probably as soon as this weekend with more friends.

I celebrated my birthday at Dinky’s! Davis gave great customer service and answered all of our questions. I grew up in Arkansas and have frequented bbq joints in Tennessee, Texas and Kansas City. I put Dinky’s up there with any stop I’ve had. This style of bbq is smoky, tangy and a little spicy kick, all the things I like! I got a three meat combo to try everything and Davis through in a sausage link for my birthday! He has a ton of ideas for the place and I’m excited to make it a new favorite spot in Chiang Mai to see what he adds in the future!

Dinky's BBQ is as authentic as American-style barbecue gets. I was born and raised in Alabama and have had barbecue all over the southeastern United States. Dinky's is the real deal. Legitimately one of the best barbecue meals I've had in my entire life! Don't miss it if you're in Chiang Mai.

This is the best barbecue I've had in Thailand. The ribs, sausage, and fried okra were all fantastic. On top of being friendly, Pitmaster Davis proves that he can effectively use Thai ingredients to create a great product. Highly recommended!
