edit: the staff really are incredible. After reading my review, they tried to make us feel happier with our experience. As I said before, the service is wonderful. Though the hotel itself has opportunity for improvement, it's a great stay here with a wonderful staff to make sure you feel right at home.

The service and the staff are both wonderful -- always smiling, helpful, and kind. However, the rooms at Cmor reflects a very budget hotel/motel -- kind of like a comfort Inn, super 8, etc. The rooms are kept well but not exceptionally clean (bring slippers). The breakfast leaves a lot to be desired but for the price of the stay, it's worth it. Some positives, though, the rooms are spacious, there is a small kitchenette with a stove top, kettle and a sink... Perfect for us as we were travelling with a baby and needed to sanitize and wash bottles. You won't find any pots, pans, dishes or cutlery though.

Always happy to stay here. The location is very near to almost all cafes and good restaurant around Nimman area. The room is spacious, clean, and full facilities such as refrigerator, microwave, water heater, and hair dryer. Highly recommended ????

Very late review. We stayed either 2018 or 2019. This was an excellent hotel. The hotel was a boutique, so on the smaller side. The rooms were nice and clean. Beds are VERY hard and after 2 days my back was in pain. Luckily there was a massage parlor that rolled all the knots out. The lobby was run by a friendly crew. The food was EXCELLENT! From the lobby you could book different tours - we did the tiger habitat, elephant sanctuary (both tours had you interacting with protected animals). The Maya mall was walking distance along (had great food on the top level along with movie theaters that played English movies. Fantastic stay in a fantastic city!

Beautiful hotel, very clean, and amazing pool. Food was awesome! We have travelled Thailand extensively and rarely eat at hotels because the local food is usually better, but this was delicious. I also appreciated happy hour 2 for 1 cocktails. The hotel manager Gundum was great. We've stayed at another hotel she worked at in the past, and chose here because of her. Customer service was brilliant as always, always going over and above. I was super impressed with all the staff though, exceptionally friendly and happy.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is walking distance from Maya shopping center, they also have a free shuttle service if you don’t want to go by foot. They offer a breakfast buffet every morning, lots of different food choices. The overall experience at this hotel was great, definitely worth the money!
