Not an actual hospital, rather a Covid isolation site. Due to government requirements, we had to isolate at this place for 10 days...
Besides the fridge, air con, there was no redeeming qualities/investment in the amenities in the rooms, our toilet was broken, our shower didn't have hot water, terrible smell u0026 the bed caused back pains.
During our time we were supplied medication, despite no discussion about our symptoms or medical history.
No customer service, never met the doctor, they barely even responded back to our requests for document.

If you're not intending on providing services, simply don't charge the patient for them...

We had to isolate here for covid and IT WAS TERRIBLE. The room was old and not very clean. The toilet was disgusting and was growing moss and kept flooding the floor when we flushed it. And the bed was so uncomfortable we got back ache from it. The service was also very bad with poor communication and everything takes way too long. Way overpriced for the poor service we received. They spelled my name
wrong on all documents and even though i told them to fix it 5 times (for claiming insurance) they still got it wrong which meant we had to come back after discharge and wait for over an hour for them to fix the paperwork. The only saving grace was an EMT who was genuinely helpful at the end to help us fix our paperwork. AVOID THIS HOSPITAL AT ALL COST, especially if you are a foreigner because the english language here is also poor. If i could give it lower than one star i would
