The location isn't great but the place is decent. We stayed in the area off the main area so I think it's a little older over there. The rooms felt very dorm style. Small bathroom and even smaller deck. Didn't have a problem with noise. Felt a little unclean and the wifi was not very good. The pool was excellent and the breakfast included was absolutely amazing. There is also random animals including a beautiful peacock. :)

Nice pool, friendly staff and a beautiful chill area with palmtrees. Think AC needs some more maintenance because the one on our room took super long to make it comfortably cool. We really liked the cute chickens and peacocks walking around the entrance area. Breakfast was also quite nice.

A nice garden atmosphere, with welcoming and very helpful hosts. Pool is great to cool off in, breakfast was filling and prepared to order. Rooms were reasonable -- good for sleeping, but not much else.

It can be nice, but isn't. Room was dusty, smaller than most hotel rooms we've stayed in and crawled with mosquitos at night. Staff not helpful and insinuated bills were unpaid. Pool was pleasant and so was food. We will not return as there are many hotels closer to the old city for less money.

Nice place. Rooms were partly renovated. Really comfortable beds, not too hard to sleep. Windows are small, but with mosquito nests. There is also airconditioning in the room. Towels are included in price. Breakfasts are really delicious. You can choose between eggs with bacon or muesli with fruit and yoghurt and beside this two options you also get some toast, butter and jam. Or you can chose Thai breakfast which is one of best we had in Thailand. Besides that you get orange juice and coffee or tea. There is also quite big, very nice and clean pool. The owner DD is very kind and helpfull, he helped us with organizing our trekking tour, he even bargained for zs. I highly reccomend this place.

When we arrived. We did not receive an explanation of the procedure for cleaning the room from the receptionist, and only on the last day did the manager explain to us that keys had to be left in a certain place until a certain time. We asked in advance for a room without stairs, and we got a room on the highest floor with the most stairs. The light in the kitchenette did not work. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom until the day before last. Although we asked for towels for our faces and hands, we did not receive them. There were no bathrobes even though it was listed explicitly in the details of the order. No balcony or garden view, unclean linen, unclean shower, clogged toilet ...

Clean and well designed interior, 20 minutes walk to the Old Town and Night Market.
With swimming pool, pool side mini bar. Breakfast included.
