Great little shop with budget foods. They serve a lot of different sandwiches and some Thai food. My favorite thing here is the French toast which was made with super fluffy bread and very tasty batter. I think the one large piece was only 30 baht so very reasonable prices all around. The fried chicken sandwich reminds me of a KFC zinger burger but half the price. A good spot to eat with a super super friendly owner :)

Nice family run restaurant with mainly western dishes at very reasonable prices. I had the grilled chicken on rice. The prices of the burgers and sandwiches were some of the cheapest I've seen in Chiang Mai. They have Teddy bears and a guitar also.

Updated: just had the bacon sandwich and it's amazing. Great to find tasty sandwiches at decent prices.

I decided on trying the Double Big Zand sandwich after seeing some photos on google maps. I honestly have to say that was the best 65 baht I’ve ever invested. It paid huge dividends on my tastebuds! I’m off to Europe in two days time but my first task when I come back to Chiang Mai is have another one of their sandwiches. Chicken and mayo was absolute perfection on a slightly toasted brown bread, not painfully crusty so it carves up the roof of your mouth. Highly recommended!! #BeatTheGrind

Just had a burger and fries from here, for 80 baht and it was delicious.

Crispy fries, homemade buns and beautiful juicy burger.

Can't go wrong for 80 baht.

Lovely owner also ???? ❤ ☺

This is a great new sandwich, kebab, and other western dishes shop. They have chicken, pork and other dishes with French fries or mashed potatoes. They also have coffee and teas, iced or regular. If you are in the neighborhood and hungry at a late hour, I recommend this place. Prices range from 30 to 65 baht for almost anything on the menu.

I love this little roadside restaurant. They have a really nice selection of food - kinda a Thai/Western fusion. Already I've been here twice this week (I had a BLT and a breakfast set) and I'll be back to slowly eat my way through the rest of the menu items. Both dishes I had were really good, especially the custom-made breakfast (Thai omelet on rice, bacon and hash browns). There's also a great selection of drinks. The prices are very reasonable: about 45-65 baht for most of the dishes and 25-35 baht for drinks. The owner Nanbaan is really friendly and speaks English well. The seating is typically Thai with indoor and outdoor but no wall between. There are quite few tables, but the place still does get full.
