Baan Phuen Hostel & Rooftop

We loved it! Clean rooms and bathrooms. The location is not far from the centre and the hostel is located in a really nice area. The rooftop bar was great for relaxing and good talks in the evening. Good breakfast and free water. The best thing at Baan Phuen was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The host Peach was adorable and gave us many recommendations concerning food, transfers etc. Even when my friend got sick she cared a lot, gave her medicine and was always there if we had questions.
It really felt like home, all in all we are very happy and would definitely stay again here. Lots of greetings and a BIG thank you.❤️

Loved my stay at Baan Phuen hostel. Perfect location if you'd like to stay outside the old town but still within close proximity to all the touristic places and Nimman area. Nearby you'll find many street food stalls and great coffee shops. Staff and owner were kind, friendly and accommodating. Recommended!

The hostel and its facilities are amazing!! The room is clean with comfy bed. Hostel staffs are very helpful and friendly. We had a great time enjoying conversations with beers on the rooftop. Great vibes well spent in Chiangmai. Absolutely recommended ;)

my stay at this hostel was wonderful. comfort and cleanliness of 10. and the staff of the hostel, of 11 !!! impressive the affection I received from everyone and was not unattended for a second. They even took me to play soccer with their friends !! Friends who are now my friends too. thousand thanks to all, from the heart. From today that I said goodbye to you, you are part of my heart. Thank you so much!!

Location. Really nice area, local vibes combined with well designed wifi cafes.
Building. Really nice design, sparkling clean, beautiful rooms, designed and decorated but the guys running the hostel.
People. The hostel is ran by 8 Thai guys that decided to meet people from all over the world. They are kind, cool and happy. A great opportunity to meet the local culture combined with a world-wide vision.

Very nicely decorated. Very Clean. I stayed there for one night. It's just so comfortable. Brand new building. Reasonable breakfast. Staffs are very helpful and the owners are very friendly. Worth money you pay for. I love it!

Good location for traveling in Chiangmai city and surrounding areas. They're close to the Airport which's very convenient. But not good for people who like some privacy, because the customers walk, talk around the building that can hear everything through the door pretty clear. Bread, boiled eggs, cereal are only the breakfast that prepared by the hostel but don't worry there're a lot of foods outside. if you're there you should try a coffee at the front of the hostel was called Find Coffee it's very cheap but good taste.
