Located close to many restaurants and bar, but far enough the street is very quiet. Staffs are very helpful. Building is very quiet. Comfortable bed with a great night sleep. Breakfast is bit plain. Could improve. I choice B house for it's great price.

I’ve never met such unhelpful clueless staff at a hotel, they are so unhelpful, friends from other hotels have had help from their hotel for booking taxis or asking for help. This hotel is only good for saving money I only stayed because it was cheap but what a waste of money, I would’ve rather spent abit more and stayed at another boutique house Lila round the corner where the staff are more helpful and there bathrooms are clean! This is a Mis leading hotel too, there is no exact picture of the single room I booked... the single room is ridiculously small and the bathroom isn’t at all clean it’s liveable, they only gave me one bath towel where as others got a head towel too each day. Overall I won’t ever be recommending this place to anyone. Only cause it’s cheap but with unhelpful staff.

I stayed different building, which is 5 minutes far from main building, but it is new, quiet good and well-furnished. Very reasonable price! But you have to take your tooth brush, tooth paste, and slippers. And breakfast is served in main building.

Meow is welcoming, friendly and goes above and beyond to help out in any way she can.

My partner and I had a lovely stay at B house, set off to Chiang Rai for a couple days and returned to the same room while they also minded some of our luggage.

I'll be recommending this place to anyone looking to travel to Chiang Mai in future.

Very enjoyable stay at B house. Very clean and comfortable room, television and air con included in the room as well. Staff were helpful and friendly as well. Decently located with places to eat a short walk away.

Decent place, good wifi, friendly people but a bit pricey for what you get. There were multiple things broken in our bathroom when we stayed including the light which made things interesting.

Everything is beautiful, even the staff! ❤️ Meaw has been very helpful. It’s my first time in Chiang Mai and I’m SO happy that I chose B House as my first accommodation here. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! ????????????
