I stayed there recently. The hotel is beautiful, the room was very cozy and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and the view from the pool was great. This is one of the best hotels in Chiang Mai. The staff there was friendly and helpful. I would like go there again. And yes the location of the hotel is great, lots of restaurants and cafes around the hotel, walking distance. Looking forward to going back again!

This was a very nice hotel, they surprised me with a room upgrade upon arrival. The staff very friendly and welcoming. Especially Goi who gave gave me a few recommendations for places to eat at locally.

The room was very comfortable and had a nice cozy rooftop bar right next to the pool.

Will definitely book again when I return to Chiang Mai

Unfortunately, our room was blocked with the construction and the dust while we were there but at least the staff was be able to help us with something else. This is a great hospitality mindset to have. I admire their service for it. The rooftop itself can see the sunset through the mountain too!

Very good service and lovely staff but unfortunately this hotel has a few problems which makes it a bad hotel for working travelers. Wifi not working for 3 days. Very limited breakfast with not many healthy options. Very bad tiny gym in a small black hot room with only 3 machines. Very dark hotel black rooms black hallways. I still enjoyed my stay but this hotel is not worth the price they are asking for. Stay somewhere else and just come here for the amazing food at Italics restaurant and lovely cocktails on the rooftop. (Rise rooftop bar).

Yesterday I received Multiple calls and emails from Malaysia insisting I pay for additional room by Wise money transfer. We notified this hotel and they were very helpful And stated that no money was due for this room until we arrived . We check in today. Be Careful!

PS We had a wonderfully 7 day stay here . Many thai bars Ans restaurants nearby. Thank you to Reception staff who was so extremely helpful And knowledgeable. Highly recommend !

Modern and luxury design hotel with suite for a very reasonable price. It's located in a very convenient, just 10 minutes away from airport, in a neighborhood with tons of restaurants and shopping mall. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Spacious suite which comes with a beautiful semi outdoor bath tub. Room was well equipped. Swimming pool is a bit small although the view is nice. Breakfast is a la carte style.
