If you’re looking for Craft beer and steak try this restaurant. They decorate their restaurant in loft style. You can see different kinds of craft beer showing on the bar.

Average waiting time for food : 30 – 35 minutes

Average waiting time for craft beer : 3-5 minutes

My Recommendation : didn’t try the food just here for the craft beer. BTW their food looks delicious.

How to order Craft beer : There is no craft beer Menu. You need to walk up to the bar and choose craft beer from the beer fridge or from the sign in the bar area. The bartender then will take the beer out from the fridge and pour it in a glass for you (you can choose to drink from the bottle). After you get your beer you can sit at any available table.

Food Price : 280- 4890 baht

Craft Beer Price : 100 – 400 baht

Paying Method : Thai baht ( Cash ) / not sure if they accept credit card

Parking : You can park your car in front restaurant but I don’t recommend bringing your car because the parking space is always full in this zone of the town. For motorcycle you can park near the restaurant.

My Experience 06.07.18 at A Must Café and U

This is my 1st time having my beer at this restaurant. I try Schneider Weisse Tap 5 Meine Hopfen-Weisse. I’m not a beer lover so I can’t tell if it is good or not. There is music for you to enjoy while watching people walking past by from the bar. The bartender is very friendly.

Decent fish chips. They have Maisel, one of my favorite mellow German Weizen in Thailand. Live music outside, pretty nice as well. One man band guitar-player / singer. Pricing is defo on the high end for Chiang Mai and even Nimman. In fact, 340+ THB for less than 0.5l glass of Maisel... Hmmmm, that would be steep also in BKK. But the crowd doesn't seem to care, the location is nice, in- and outside seating, some parking, tons of various beers, craft and whatsoever, a no-nonsense Allstars menu... Someone tried to get it right - and right it is. Solid option with a bit of a charm.

In the Nimman area, not far from Lunar and Q craft beer bars. 100 or so cans and bottles, mostly American with a couple of Thai brews. 10 taps from different countries. Free WiFi. They do food. You can sit inside in the Aircon but there are also seats outside. Friendly service.

The beers on the pricey side, but that’s because most of them are imported. The staff was incredibly sweet and the Wi-Fi is fast.

Lots of room to sit indoors or outside and there is a lovely pond and garden to sit next to. The staff were incredibly sweet and very knowledgeable about ABV and the origin of the spirits that they serve.

The restaurant having an open kitchen, I could see that my steak was put in the microwave before cooking, which obviously is a sin with any decent piece of meat.

The steak was still tasty , but seasoned with far too much salt and definitely not the most tender.

Happy that I just ordered the 590 baht ribeye, and not something more expensive.

Not the worst place in Chiang Mai but I don't really understand why they have such a high rating currently.
A bit overpriced, doesn't live up to the expectations.

Awesome Craft Beer and a chef who came out to check on how we wanted out Steak. Wine available with a small but well selected range. Steak was Perfectly Cooked

Cozy place, yummy fries, interesting Beer list ! Other customers are extremely happy with their grilled Beef. "A Must Try " ????
