99the gallery hotel is a fantastic hotel. Me and my wife stayed there for 3 nights. The staff is very polite and willing to help with any issue.
We stayed on 4th floor and the room was clean and had a good view. The Outdoor bath and shower were very nice and the small balcony added to a great experience.
After a long day of walking around, we enjoyed a swimming pool located in the courtyard. The pool is a bit small and there are only 2 beds but still, it was very clean and enjoyable. The pool has salty water in it.
The the coffee shop and breakfast place within hotel has good breakfast and excellent iced coffee, highly recommended. The menu for the breakfast is attached in photos. There are also options for lunch, please ask for the menu.
Overall great hotel with nice and clean rooms.
Location is excellent.
Thank you
Highly recommended !

This hotel is located at a fantastic location for first timers in Chiangmai!
It is located conveniently around the main attractions in Old Town but along a less busy road hence noise levels are minimal.
There's a 7-11, ATM, massage place, nail parlour and everything else you'll need within a 500m radius.

The staff were absolutely brilliant - attentive without being overbearing.

The in-house breakfast was decent but not necessary seeing as there are stores nearby.

Hotel was in a good location in old town near the start of the Sunday night walking street. Staff were also friendly and helpful.

The rooms were dated and facilities look in need of furnishing. The room was small and cramped and did not seem as promised in photos. The entire bed frame was extremely creaky, and the aircon was leaking (staff did manage to get technicians to fix it after I informed them. Shower space was cramped and the shower curtains looked disgusting.

I stayed in their Deluxe room (405) for almost a week. The experience during my stay was fantastic. I appreciate the colonial style décor. The view from my room is the panoramic view of the gorgeous Phra Sing temple with Doi Suthep as the background. Their beddings are luxurious and very comfortable, especially their mattress. The bath tub outside on the balcony gives a romantic feel if you are traveling as a couple. The service offers good standard, where the staffs are assertive, warm and well-rounded. The owner is also down-to-earth and accommodating to customers’ inquiries. I would love to stay at the 99 Gallery again and would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience great vibes of living in the Old Town surrounded by beautiful temples.

Lovely boutique style hotel. Comfortable beds, warm shower, lots of wood, separate sitting area. Charming, helpful staff.

The Gallery is the cheaper sibling of ‘The Heritage’ and the location is great in the old city- not far from the Wat Phra Singh temple. The staff are excellent for a 3 star hotel although I have to remark that because the hotel is not carpeted - being an old building and in keeping with the design of the hotel, it resulted in broken sleep as the stone floors outside the rooms will reverberate and magnify any chatter, screaming and running children; and flip-flop sounds. So if you’re a light sleeper, this may not be a hotel for you. Otherwise, the hotel had done a great job in accommodating my request for a quiet room at the far end of the level and a room away from the main road.

The breakfast is OK, not much of a choice versus other hotels. The complimentary bottles of water in the lobby is a very nice touch. The room size is adequate and not small. The sitting area in the room is nice and it got the morning sunlight into my room.

Although, I have to say that because the room cleaning staff work in bands of 3s, any chatter could be heard in my room at the far end. I think it’s a design fault of the hotel and not the workers’ fault.

Good location in the old city. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are quiet small and the bed felt like concrete though. For the rest the room is OK. Breakfast is a small buffet and you can order eggs how you like then. Don't go there is you just want to spent time at the pool. It is very small and limited exposure to the sun . The 99 heritage hotels pool is bigger and better oriented. (not sure)
