Close proximity to bars and restaurants, though the bars can be a little loud into the night. The facility is old and maintained reasonably well. It is in need of some remodel and upgrades. There is an old TV but no refrigerator or kettle. The off street parking with some covered spots is nice. Overall it's just okay for the price with several better options available.

Location is great. Have a couple of price ranges.. (some cheaper rooms have no window to the earth and sky). The rooms are clean and staff are friendly. Breakfast is nothing special but you won't be picking this hotel for the facilities. It's all about the location. If you want to be in the centre of town.. this is the best place! (April 2019.. another hotel is being renovated around the corner from here). Minutes walk from main nightlife in town and a stones throw from restaurants. Cafe close outside and the train station is very close.

It's an OK hotel. In a good spot next to the main drinking area. Staff are fine. Breakfast is free but not very good. 500b a night budget room. Air con good hot shower good also. I've stayed in worse!

No laundry services as stated in the listing. Place has ample parking spaces. Friendly staff but they hardly speak English. Otherwise, great hotel at a great price.

No smoking though.

Good location near railway station and close to nightlife and restaurants. The rooms are a bit old and a repaint would be nice but clean enough. Ok beds. 600 bath for two bed room with fridge, aircon, tv makes it a good deal. When you leave the room all electricity is switched off in the room even to the fridge so when you return to the room it's not cold anymore. I can undestand if the aircon and tv is swiched off in order to save electricity but to switch of the fridge too is in my opinion to take it a step too far.

Staying here tonight and it's cold, it will get to just 12 degrees tonight. So I asked them for another blanket (there's just a thin wool blanket in here, no top sheet). I can't believe it but they refused. Tried to reason with them, spoke to somebody who may have been the boss but she just walked off and refused to give me a refund and let me leave. No hot water in my 300 baht room. Loud disco next door. Avoid this place.
