Nice clean fan room for 260Baht. Cold shower but the water is warmish from the cistern on the roof. Close to the bus station. 60 Baht tuk tuk from the train station. Good bed and even a television (only Thai ). Seating and some furniture. Friendly staff but not much English. No lift but only 2 floors and a staff member carried our bags up and didn't want a tip

Stayed only one night. Worn down room with really dirty bathroom. For a slightly higer price there are many better hotels nearby.
