Come to this very modern decor small restaurant at Buri Ram. Price is higher compare to other restaurants but not too much. The combo set of 99Baht with one rice dish, one curry/soup dish and one drink is value for money. Food taste is average, nothing special. Environment is cozy, clean and comfortable. Staffs are friendly.. the place draws quite a good crowd and serve many food deliveries. Nice music and free wifi are others plus point of the restaurant.

First, the decor: clean, delightful and airy — this restaurant can beat the Cafe Amazon, if only it also offers coffee and bakery.

Next, the price (which other diners found high). I ordered a two-course luncheon: BBQ pork with rice, and a red soup, along with an Italian soda — all for 99 baht (not expensive, IMHO).

Finally, the taste: excellent! The flavor of BBQ pork is further enhanced by the accompanying tamarind sauce. As for the soup, it is best described as a Thai version of Borscht: shrimps instead of beef, and fried Thai vegetables cubed instead of beets and carrots. Partly sweet, tart, and spicy— memorable flavors.

The only apparent regret is that, perhaps owing to the enticing tastes, the portions did not seem super large. Would just have to come back again — glad that I am staying one block away.
