Looking was clean, the staff can speak English well, staff were kind to make a phone call in Thai and no need to deposit check-in
Bedsheets and towels were smelly. Every room makes a sound to close the door. During I stay here that sound became like a wake-up call. I found a pack of fruit in the refrigerator(formal guest’s one). No have a security box in the room for keeping valuable stuff.
I got two issues during I stay three nights.
First, they only ask to show my passport to check-in. I have a driver's license in Thai but it was not acceptable. Foreigners have to keep a real one or a picture of a passport. I made a booking from the official website but I couldn’t see any notice about it.
Second, after the first night in the morning housekeeping knock on the door but I didn't reply. I was on the way to get lunch, I notice that I don’t need to clean up the room, only need new two bottles of water and changing used towels but I will pick up at reception when I will be back at the hotel. I forgot to visit reception after getting lunch and realize that hanged on the used towel was gone from the toilet. And two bottles of water and new towels were placed on the table. Maybe it comes from miscommunication. It was a big issue for me. I’m so sensitive about security issues.
Anyway, I will consider staying again here but not the first option. I was happy to stay here. Thanks.
