I did not even get to stay and had a very bad experience already making me decide to go to anther hotel and pay again... What a worthless customerservice you have. I made abooking on Agoda. The room was not ready at the agreed time .They wanted exra money if i wanted the room at the agreed time..or wait 3 hours. They had more than half the hotel empty but did not offer any other option and just turned me away. I paid already and did not get the room we agreed upon. What a horrible hotel and what a bad service. There are plenty of hotels in Buriram.

Thailand has over 30 digital broadcast TV channels, hotel has exactly 3 that have picture and sound. WiFi (shared by entire hotel) is inaccessible from room, don't even try. Room is clean, however, and bathroom is nice. Still, won't ever be returning.

Simple and quaint place. Rooms are big for this part of the world. Breakfast is alight, pretty ok selection. Swimming pool is small but righ beside breakfast and dining area. Not really good to relax at (the pool).

Prepare your own slippers and tooth brush.Many ants inside the room all around the bed and the basin. One night when returned back to the room, my toothbrush was full of ants.

Great value. Clean, polite, well run. Decent breakfast. Quite and comfortable rooms
