Serving congee for breakfast, this is the ONLY restaurant I have come across in Thailand that offers its own fish ball — you can taste the small chunks of fish. That in itself earns a four star, though the intention was less for gourmet but for economy, as evidenced by the small number of the delicacy in the hot rice congee.
