It was our 2nd time to stay at this resort. First time was excellent, we’ve booked the room by booking.com. And second time we walked in there. The thing i was not happy so much about the resort informed check out time before 12.00 o’clock. And we have noticed that. The check out date was somebody nocked the door at 11.30 am. We didn’t open the room and front desk called us at 11.35 am. to check out when we were preparing ourselves to leave the room. It was 2nd time since we have stayed here and front desk called us to check out. We went to check out before 12.00. They were checking room and would like to charge us for towels stain. 1 was floor towel was black stain cause of sand and 1 was big towel from snack we had that actually can clean it. It was ridiculous and my partner was saying and showing that there are can clean easily. So we have paid 100 thb extra charge for laundry. The resort is in a nice location, big room and clean. But we would not come back again.
