Believe it or not, the pictures of this villa *do not* do it justice. The rooms, hallways, movie room, art, etc.. are all lovely, but the star of the show is the main living area next to the infinity pool.
The view from the pool level is insane and needs to be seen in order to be believed. We stayed here for 5 days/4 nights and could not stop staring at the horizon. The weather in January was perfect, so the open-air design of this floor could not have been better.
Our group (8 adults, 5 kids) ate all our meals in the dining area by the pool. Most of us lounged in the area all day. Many of us worked by the pool in the mornings. We even hired a yoga instructor one morning (booked through the villa staff) for a group practice by the pool. That view was the perfect backdrop for all of it.
Aside from the pool level, there were so many places to relax or play (6 bedroom suites, balcony/lounge chairs off all rooms, movie room, game room, gym) that it never once felt crowded...even with a group of 13 + staff.
The staff at the villa was truly a pleasure. They worked closely with us to ensure the kitchen was stocked with our favorite snacks u0026 drinks before we arrived, customized our meal plans every day and found a way to turn all our requests into reality. This included customized cocktail service in the evenings, on-site massages for the adults and even a cooking class on our last night.
Honestly the villa was so spacious and comfortable that we rarely left during our stay. That said, our group did enjoy the nearby Football Golf course and the Beach Club located within Samujana. We also hired babysitters one evening (again...booked through the villa staff) to visit the Night Market at Fisherman's Village -- great time, highly recommend for a few hours with or without the kids.
We give a huge heartfelt "thank you" to Wan and Dej (villa managers) for taking such great care of us during our stay, to Chef for all the delicious meals u0026 instruction and to the cleaning staff for helping us forget we were staying with 5 children. :)
Can't recommend this villa highly enough. Already dreaming of our return visit!
