This is a nice hotel, and the customer service is great. They were able to let us check in early and check out late. However, our room’s a/c cover was not working, and we had to put a paper in to open up the vent. All the lights in the room were not working, they had to come to work on it for awhile to get it to work once it was dark. When I told them the light wouldn’t turn on, they thought I didn’t know how to turn on the light, until I demanded they came to our room to check. Our private pool was always dirty, because there was a tree above our room. We tried to swim in it once, but it had so many little things and an insect (not sure what it was, maybe fly) that we couldn’t really enjoy stay in it (don’t stay at their first room). Their spa massage is the only thing making me love this place. Their customer service were great, until the last day. They had complimentary shuttle everyday at 2, but they wouldn’t offer that to us because it was past our check our time. Way to ruin my mood at the end. Still, their spa is the best thing this hotel has to offer. The room itself is also really nice. I didn’t enjoy their restaurant on lunch or dinner (slow service), but they were super great in the morning.

The resort is nice and the massages were refreshing. The pool was not cleaned throughout my stay sadly. The food is however great but the beach is very poorly maintained. The hotel knows that so they suggest better beaches to visit. The breakfast options were extensive and lovely and I like the fact that you get unlimited champagne.

What a beautiful resort and perfect stay for few unforgettable nights. Beds were really comfortable, villas are clean and stylish (Especially loved the bathrooms), gorgeous landscaping around the pool, staff are the kindest. Food is so-so for the price but happy hour makes up for it. And the unlimited spa treatments is amazing!

This place gets 5 stars just because of their staff. I cannot begin to explain how friendly they are and how well they treat their guests. My wife was sick and they offered to go to the store to get her some medicine, they even followed up the next day to see if all was OK. and the next day they drove me to the pharmacy and back. Food at the resort is kind of pricey but that's just my opinion. Good Selection but hoping for more vegan options even more next time. They were able to accommodate me though! Rooms are good size. beds are comfy, pillows could use an upgrade. Sometimes you get some insects inside but i guess that's normal. The unlimited spa treatment is probably not worth it in busy season. if u go, book your appointments well in advance. I think the only reason we got lucky is because there was not many people at the hotel the times we went. Overall very happy, and kudos to the staff again.

Hotel is nice enough. Probably not 5 star, room wasn’t very clean, dead bees and hair in the room. Pool is nice, and beach is a bit shallow and a lot of debris on the shore. Restaurant was by far the most underwhelmed experience. I expect to pay a bit more considering the resort, but the food was not even worthy of a 2 star hotel. Pizza was basically cardboard topped with cheese, onion soup was literally hot water with onions. Awful, awful restaurant. Waiters were nice as are the staff. If you stay here, be prepared to venture out to get some decent food. Otherwise you’ll suffer.

Wow, this place is made for a couples retreat. Very private villas, we had a pool villa that was fantastic. All the staff are super friendly and the green keepers never stop to make the grounds perfect every day. The resturant servers very nice food in an open beach front experience. I personally used the free Spa twice and was a nice touch to the Resort lifestyle. Swimming in the beach is possible but maybe a 200m walk out at low tide as there's a sand bank right out front if the hotel, high tide the water comes right up to the Resort and it looks amazing but the water is only. 0.5m - 1m deep. But the private pools and resort pool makes up for that. Please try this place you won't regret it.

The pool and garden villas are awesome. The staff were extremely accomodating. You get some great views from the hotel. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was delicious. Really good interactions with guest services prior to my visit. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the hotel. Our stay was fantastic.
