The people at the hotel were very courteous and willing. The room is maintained very clean throughout our stay. The bathroom was a bit of a disappointment. The hotel is not conveniently located for anything. Would not clean pool. Dirty brown pillows and bedding. Good value for what we got.

The staff at this hotel could not have been more helpful and friendly. The standard of cleanliness throughout is superb. The hotel is smack in the city with easy access to everywhere. Well worth the expense for a weekend we will always remember. Would come back here in a heartbeat.

Everything was of course kept clean. Room rates are reasonable for the type of hotel. The swimming pool was a disappointment to us. The location of the hotel is a little out of the way. Old bathrooms need to be updated. Floor tiles broken would not fix. Anything we asked for was immediately taken care of.

I would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to friends. The location is the best for someone who wants to be in paradise. The best part is i can park my bike just infront of our villa. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the door*** with a warm welcome.

I spent 4 nights at this hotel. Thanks for a great stay. There was plenty of hot water all the time. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to the hotel staff. Floor tiles broken would not fix. On arrival, the young *** did not help us at all.

The experience was pretty average here, the bed mattress was the worst I have ever slept in.

You could feel all springs sticking out and leaving marks, it was really unpleasant and unnecessary.

They have no idea of dealing with customers as it was hard to talk to them and to explain the whole situation

I enjoyed my stay, luckily it was only one night as there was no hot water. Take that in, no hot water. The pool was beautiful though.
