Not recommended - please read this before booking.

We booked the Deluxe room with king size bed.
The rooms are quite spacious but the interior of the rooms look like they’ve been designed by the summer intern to save some money for the interior designers. It’s a bed (very hard mattress if you like it it’s nice), a quite small closet for hanging your clothes and a weird wooden make-up table which looks like it’s just purchased from the leftovers of the shooting of a low-budget ghost movie.

The nicest thing about this place is definitely the view from both the lobby as well as the hotel room. But this doesn’t equalize the negative vibe this hotel spreads out.

The staff of the hotel is overall not really friendly. The service at the breakfast was looking like they didn’t have sleep for a week and that somebody forces them to work there. No smile on the face and when taking the order just dazing out looking somewhere else.

We luckily stayed only one night but they were even able to ruin the last minutes of our stay. We went to breakfast and left our luggage at the lobby before we took the taxi.
After breakfast we went up again to pick the taxi. When reaching the entrance of the hotel (directly located at a busy road) there was no taxi waiting, only my luggage. I don’t want to know how long the staff left my luggage standing there without anyone taking care of it but it would’ve been easy to just grab it and leave. The service of this place is just super below average.

In overall the hotel doesn’t spread a good and relaxing vibe. Old facilities and not clean looking place paired with bored and annoyed staff doesn’t create a nice feeling.

So please consider wisely if you choose this place. You only pay for the view.

The rooms are very nice. Anyone down there (staff numerous times) could see right into our bedroom and bathroom so we had to close the blinds a lot of the time. What more you can ask for The in-room breakfast is amazing and you can order it anytime you wake up which is actually fun. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

Hotel was beautiful, nice staff, stunning views. Would definitely stay here again. The hotel offers a reduced cost shuttle service to pretty much anywhere and it's put on your main bill at the hotel - which is a life saver because transportation is expensive in Koh Samui. The hotel view was simply amazing, felt very relaxing. Only few critiques that i have: lots of stairs and we're relatively fit people, so that's something to keep in mind; and despite the hotel being full, it seemed dead at all times, nothing was really happening.. we kind of felt alone. Maybe would suggest running activities or music or something.

We are booking pool villa with full sea view. Overall hotel a bit old.
View - 5/5 (the only best thing is view)
Location - 2/5 (20mins to Chaweng beach)
Room comfort and quality - 2/5
Cleanliness - 2/5 (bath tub dirty, swimming pool dirty)
Service - 1/5
1) We ask for laundry bag - don’t have
2) We celebrate birthday in our room, request they borrow us lighter to light up the candle - don’t have (please don’t celebrate birthday in this hotel, else no candle let u blow)
3) Beer opener - don’t have. If you wan to open ur beer please bring over to restaurant. WTF
Value the money - 1/5 (the only thing is the view from my room)

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Waking up to that view of the ocean is just amazing. Only thing that could be improved is the possibly the food but staff were understanding and did not charge us for the single bad experience we had with the food.

Overall a fabulous little hotel.

All the staff were friendly and helpful to the extreme. Ask for a room as high as you can. Reasonable prices for what you get. I would recommend this hotel more for couples who want a quiet experience rather than for young singles or families as there are very few children playing around the place.

Our flights arrived at 8pm at night and we had organised with the hotel for pick up and someone was waiting with our names on display which was pleasant after a long flight. We were greeted with friendly staff upon checkin which was quick and easy and we were in our room in no time. The room was clean and smelled great. As we were tired from the flight we decided to go straight to sleep. The bed was extremely firm which lead to a poor nights sleep for the duration of the stay, however my husband didn't mind the firmness. In the morning, we took a step on our balcony and the view was amazing. We had an ocean view and you could even see Chaweng across the waters. We went to breakfast (which was included in our stay) and it was order off the menu instead of a buffet (which I'm used to at other hotels) but it was great as the food we ordered every morning was yummy and good serving sizes. I found the staff to be friendly but they weren't always attentive and found sometimes you were waiting a while to attempt to get staffs attention which even included trying to get a drink at an empty bar. There was no beach at the hotel, as it was more cliffside but they did have a jetty and offered free snorkel gear and kayaking for guests. We only did snorkelling but the gear was old and filled up with water which was disappointing. The hotel was beautiful but also a little run down. It has so much potential to be an amazing hotel if money was put into maintenance and training for staff.
