Stayed in the beachfront bungalow for my birthday, the staff were lovely. They sang me happy birthday and brought out a free yummy dessert. Clean accommodation, right on the beach. We ended up booking more nights here after the first couple we stayed.

Beautiful beachfront resort! Very nice staff, excellent birthday celebration and karaoke. Loved our stay here, the bungalow was so clean and perfect location. Very quiet relaxing beach.

Right on the beach, we had the beachfront bungalow. Pool and restaurant right next to bungalow. Had our meals delivered to our patio:) great service and so convenient to everything. Laundry just down the soi, 2 minute walk, bike and car rental next door. Hotel also arranges all excursions. Loved watching the fisher men in the evring and incredible sunsets every night.

Great position on the beach front with pretty gardens. Staff are lovely, always smiling and helpful. Our room/bungalow was spacious, clean and had a king sized bed and air conditioning. Pick up and drop off at airport was very efficient.
I left my watch in the room. Staff contacted me when they found it and sent it on to me. Brilliant service much appreciated.
Would certainly book again.

The location was perfect for what we were looking for. Basic, clean and tidy bungalows. You truly get what you pay for here. The breakfast spread has ***y choices. I felt like the really took care of me during my time there. We had a great stay at the Hacienda Beach hotel.

The place was closed when we arrived and had to use their reception phone to call the manager. He later arrived and didn't know where to turn on the electricity. There was gecko poop everywhere in the villa. The whole arrival was a disaster. When he mentioned about the other part payment, I said we would look for somewhere else to stay for the remainder of our stay. So sad and disappointed that I booked here. I would never book here again and advise others not to book the Hacienda Beach Resort.
