This was a perfect hotel for the night we stayed, super comfortable king bed, a amazing air conditioner and the room was absolutely huge!
The bathroom was clean as a whistle and had one of those expensive western rain drop shower heads to top it off. It's not in a tourist area, but if you want a place to stay super close to the ferry terminal then don't even question it and book this room.

It was absolutely stunning. And was actually even nicer then what the pictures were on Agoda.
They have a 200thb key deposit which I got back the next morning :)

Will definitely stay again if I am on that side of the island.
Customer service was also brilliant. Lovely people who work there.
They have also attached a big sign to the alleyway style pathway you walk down to book the room.
Don't listen to the other bad reviews, I honestly don't know why the exist.

Perfect location for us given we were just stopping over for the ferry. Minute walk (depending on the pier) to the ferry which was excellent for our early morning departure. Great welcome by the nice people working there. I chose to stay here based on a great price. Didn't stay long, but was perfect for what we needed.

Clean and quiet, and initially a little difficult to find, this place was an excellent value. The rooms were large. Spartan but comfortable furnishings and plenty of room to relax, and a big fridge. I slept like a baby here. Office is hilariously small, scarcely more than a booth. Coffee and bananas are free for guests in the AM. Its a little farther from the pier than expected, but still a great value.

The cleanliness of the room was fine. The staff was really nice and helpfull. Room was very spacious. The room was always very clean. The stay was definitely worth the price paid. Hotel was really hot as the aircon was in bedroom so didn't cool down the rest of property.

Staff wasn't able to speak english properly but knew most of the relevant words for check in and out. The cleanliness of the room was well kept. Big spacious double room with a king size bed, couch, fridge and bathroom. The girls at the reception and cleaning are VERY polite and efficient.

We've stayed here because this place is close to an ophthalmologist that we urgently needed. It was pretty cheap and turned out that it was a great value for money. We got an apartment with a living room, a big bed and a real fridge. It was very nice that they had hot water for tea/coffee on the reception (however it would be better to have a kettle in the room). The room was very clean and quiet. The staff was really trying to help but they don't speak English at all so it was a bit hard sometimes.
The hotel is in 10 min walk from Nathon pier. You can find any food around and I highly recommend Chaokan massage right next to this hotel (great price, perfect service).

If you need to watch TV - be ready that there are a million of channels and they are all it Thai. There is a low water pressure and no safety box in the room (but at least they have a locker with a key).

I stayed at this hotel on my recent trip. Great place to stay. The services absolutely are the best in the region. The room itself was hotel standard clean. The best feature is the convenience. The hotel is very close to the ferry pier. Central location and closeness to sea.
