Super spacious and clean rooms for a great price. Very good location as it is right next to Central Samui. The only downgrade is the loud noise from the nightclub next door.

Best price, good location, close to departmentstore, airport, but it's near black samui pub and bar, so it 's noisy at night till 1-2am in the morning esp. Building1, where locates reception and checkin area. BUILDING2-4 , are less noisy but still hear the noise all night, so avoid stay on friday nights or weekends, or public holidays. Room facilities are just average, bathroom floor is not slippery.

A great hotel for a cheap price.
We stayed there twice over our vacation. First in a double room, and then twin room.
Clean, and nice.
Located bear the main party street and all the shops and markets. It gets noisy during the night, but it wasn't a problem for us.
The beach is really near by (5-10 min walk).
The place is clean, they clean the room every day. And they were really nice and helpful. There is a laundry service in the hotel.

Situated 2-3 minutes walk to the Green Mango area (for epic nightlife), this place was great value for money.

Rooms were spacious with a balcony and fridge. The safety deposit boxes for each room are located in the reception area and you get your own key.

Service was excellent, with most staff members cheerful and happy to help. We rented a scooter from them for the week we spent here, at a good price.

The downsides? Wifi can be temperamental and if you're a light sleeper you will need earplugs as the party goes on till around 5am.

I'm not a light sleeper and we spent most nights partying so wasn't a problem! I would definitely stay here again.

I really liked the place for its location specifically. Rooms cleaned daily. Had no issues whatsoever. Very nice staff. Ideal for people who like being near the party places. Nominal rate for the location. Everything very near by..7/11, restaurants, beach(walking distance). And yes, you cant get free coffee/tea from the reception area. Also you can rent bikes at the hotel itself.

Great if you want to be central and avoid taxis everywhere. Service was excellent, with most staff members cheerful and happy to help. Basic, central and clean. I want to make it clear, however, that this is a fantastic place to stay so long as you get the right room and room 101 should be avoided at all costs.
