I really loved staying at Pu0026T Hostel, the bathrooms and shower I used were clean, the bedroom was spotless and the food was good. Enjoyed learning a new way to play pool with some Brits that were there. Highly recommend! Pym and everyone that works at Pu0026T are so friendly and helpful, you can tell that working there is fun! The food was really great as well, the Pad Thai was nice and spicy!

Staff are so so friendly, restaurant is convenient, reasonably priced and delicious and rooms are clean. Pim was an absolute angel and so welcoming, sorted everything out for us, often going above and beyond (including looking after our bags when we went on a day trip). They also rent Motorbikes and sort day trips for far cheaper than we found elsewhere on the island. Could not be happier with our stay and hope to be back before the end of our trip.

The hostel staff are probably one of the nicest people you will ever meet! They make you feel like family and like you're staying at their home. They place the guests first and you can tell that it's not about the money at all. We had an amazing experience here and we would definitely stay here again!

Loveliest hostel, staff is super nice! I had a really bad cough because of the AC and they made everything possible for me. I could drink tea/use hot water as much as I needed, gave me some tablets against the coughing, I could even spend the night outside of the room so I don’t have to sleep in the AC. Really really lovely people and the hostel itself was very clean and had a great location as well!

We didn't even stay here but ate here for 6 days in a row. Every single meal was outstanding and the woman that owned the place was so helpful and sorted out so many trips for us. If you want fantastic food or just a place to get reliable information from, this is the place to go.

DO NOT RENT SCOOTERS FROM HERE: my partner and I had a horrible experience after renting scooters from this location. We ended up paying over $500 CDN for damages we did not incur. No inspection prior to renting scooters. No inspection afterwards. We were charged a different price on our credit card than we were told when paying at the end. We returned several hours later upon realizing the error, expecting the problem to be easily fixed. This did not happen and we were basically told off and accused of making damages that we did not do. Staff said they didn't understand English when we tried to rectify the problem - however they definitely knew how to curse at us in English. We were staying nearby and visited them several times prior for things like food and laundry. We tipped very generously, even when they messed up our laundry. Our accommodation used them for laundry and they put colors with whites - which ruined many of our lighter colored clothing. However, we never said anything and still tipped. I would recommend NEVER visiting this place as our experience is we were scammed over $500 and believe this was intentional. I cannot comment on the accommodation, but can comment on the deceitfulness of the older lady, who has a mustache, that tends to the scooters and does the laundry. Do not be fooled!
