I did not like. The hotel is just in the activity area, this is not a surprise. Expect noise. However, one would not expect the toilet without a window, just a fence, so it seems that you are inside the pub. Party until morning, people working early morning. Remarkable also the tattoo shop on the lower floor owner/worker that has a harley style bike, which engine seems that needs time to warm up/cool down. Inside the room you will find an ultrasound mosquito repellent and a citronella candle. Of course having a not sealed loo doesn't help against mosquitoes.
Location, surroundings are very nice and well maintained. However, all the paths inside the hotel are sand path. This means your room full of sand, there is no way to get rid of it before getting into the room.
Electricity won't work unless the magnetic key is on. This means no A/C if you are outside, as the keychain is soldered (can't separate the magnetic key from the door key). Warm room when you arrive, and the A/C split is just above the bed. I couldn't use it when I was sleeping, otherwise my throat would be off today. If you are like me, expect sweating and forget about opening the room window if you are afraid of mosquitoes or rubbish smell. Yes, strong rubbish smell. Behind there are works for a new beach club (ark club I think) and for some reason there is this smell that prevents you from using the balcony.
Beach is OK, breakfast a bit crowded, difficult to find a table in the shade and queues in the coffee machines (apparently, 1 of 3 was out of service). Swimming pool quite small, but surrounded of nice tropical vegetation.
Personally I think there are better options to what I expect from a hotel.
