Good cost benefit. Comfortable beds, spacious room. OK gym for a hotel and good location

Rooms looked like they haven't been maintained in years.Curtains were dirty, the paint on the walls was coming loose, the shower head needs cleaning, the sink handel just fell off.The list is long and i could go on all day.Getting 2 towels was a challenge. Pictures on site don't represent the current situation.Its was probably nice when it was built. But this hotel needs to renovated. Only plus side is the staff willing to help where they can.But i won't be ever staying here again.

Clean recently renovated hotel. WiFi is poorly set up but works well in the lobby. If too many things in the rooms are plugged in, the power trips. Just be mindful of that when using the electric heater in the shower. No in-room phone to call front desk to remedy our problems. A short walk to the beach and beach club. Laundry service down the street. 7-11 close by as well. Average hotel.

A very average hotel in a beautiful place.. the rooms have seen better days.. the housekeeping staff lack the basic manners to knock before entering the room. The receptionist forgets to book taxi to the airport but confirms that the taxi is booked. No in house restaurant to add to it.. the rooms have completely transparent washroom and toilets.. it can get very awkward if you are sharing a room with someone other than your partner.. breakfast has very limited veg options.. on the positive side, the hotel is quite close to the beach.. the balcony has a nice view of the mountains and the small infinity pool is enjoyable..

Decent hotel. The rooms were recently redone. They look nice. The bathroom in the room was open concept, which is kind of awkward if you prefer complete privacy. There’s free access to a decent gym in the building across the road (which is a D Varee building as well). It’s location is walkable to the main drag and beach. The rooftop pool is nice, but limited amount of tanning beds. The only thing that is super annoying is the constant Muay Thai announcements, especially because there’s a loud speaker location for one of the stadiums right around the corner from the hotel - you can hear it inside your room and at the pool.

In the restaurant the food is good, staff is really friendly. To the rooms... it looks nicer on the photos, who build a toilet with a glass wall? And the cleaning team need more practice. It was not sooo clean, but it was ok. They forgot also the towels and had over 30min to organize two towels.. overall the hotel it's OK.

If i could give like non star, i would love to do that!.
The only good thing here is the woman at reception.
I really dont know what to write, this hotel has ruiend my happiness and all the feelings that i had for samui, so i couldnt stay there any longer. 4 of us stayed there and one of each room has different problems. Mine was no water to drink like no water and we went down to get some food, but silly me that i didnt do the research first that our hotel wasnt near by any restaurant. We went back to the hotel to get some food and again, no food! cause the kitchen crew was in a meeting and the staff said we could get buffet for like $8ish/person. Sounded interesting and i went to check what theyve got and there was no food but flies!. And another problem of my friend's room, the power went off! And hot water wasnt working. There's alot more, not that i dont like this hotel but i wont be back there ever again. Lucky me that ozo had available room for us.
