There are many restaurants within the night market. Comparing to other night markets in Asia, this market is cleaner and more sophisticated, so great for those who are reluctant to venture out.
We chose Tom Yam koong restaurant, which used to operate near banana fun sea resort. As I've heard lots of good things about the restaurant.
We ordered mango shake, coke, deep fried soft shell crab, tom yam goong, stir fried vegetable, shrimp egg noodle, salty fish fried rice. Everything was tasty and reasonably priced.
The service was nice, too.
In total, only 700 BT with some tip for dinner for two. Highly recommended!

Great place to indulge in seafood and local cuisine at reasonable price. Lots of food stalls to choose from. Ask for a good deal on the seafood and you will probably get one as the stalls are quite competitive.

A place full of Seafood. Thai food, Indian, Burgers and drinks.
great to try a different cuisine all in the one place. Prices are good and the food is fresh and tasty.
It gets busy after dark, so get there early if you want some space or enjoy more of a party atmosphere after dark.

Loads of choice of Thai food at very good prices.you can eat like king and queen here for 500baht!!! Look for the big illuminated star on the main road in Chaweng (further down than hard rock and the shopping center) and go in the Alley just before it

If you're in chaweng this is a must! So many food options to choose from and they are all pretty much the same, the food is very cheap and it's a great vibe we had the deep fried garlic fish and veg which was delicious and much better priced than in other restaurants plus all the fish is really fresh only downside was that it took a little long for food to come but that might have just been the food stall we chose overall really great!

Brilliant place. The food was phenomenal. It's exactly where you want to eat when in Samui. Don't go to big restaurants but support these places, it's the best food and prices

Yeah, good spot, good food.
But 1 guy owns half of it now, so prices are set and there is not the variety there used to be.
Nor the value.
You can still get a fair meal at a fair price.
But there are no bargains here.
