Below average burgers.
Ordered the "Double-decker" beef burger.
Waited for approximately 30 minutes for the meal to be served.
The meat itself was average. Not evenly cooked. No special ingredients/spices were felt. I think it lacked salt.
The sweet potato was average too.

Great Burger and great Beer! Quite often in Asia ordering a burger can be an underwhelming experience. Not at Bootlegger. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger which came with onion rings. It was delicious moist juicy beef, soft bun and crisp salad. Coupled with a glass of the chocolate stout and I was in comfort food heaven. THANK YOU.

Once spot across from the pier. Delicious burgers, fries, and a What the fudge shake that lives up to its chocolatey name ????????????

It is not the best burger in Samui, and compare to another city in the country it is really far in my selection. The price is a bit too much for this kind of quality, but it is standard (you are in a ultra tourist island). For best burger u have to move out of this area... The restaurant as itself is quiet nice. The staff also
Be aware the cook / the staff can change often in Samui. So u can experience better... or worst.

Real craft beer and incredible burgers. We had the “truffle in paradise” burger as well as the “wake ‘n bacon” and they were both amazing. Perfectly cooked and very delicious. Hands down the best burger I’ve had in all of Thailand!

Awesome food. For sure the best burgers in Thailand so far. The new meat they use are so delicious!! The chicken are brilliant as well.. and that comes from a big Danish burger lover.. Cheap local beers, and I can see that people complain about craft scam, read the menu card and check the prices ffs! A local Chang or Leo cost 60bath, that's cheap compared to other places! Go to Fisherman's village and pay 120bath for a Chang or Leo. Or Chaweng and pay 100bath. Come on guys! Btw they just got new draft beers there, they are also top class!

And if people think that the burger prices are high?? U can't even get two crappy cheese burgers from McD or BK for a burger and French fries at Bootleggers..Big thumbs up from here...

Never ever again!!!! Fell for the same "craft beer" scam as described in the other review. This place is ridiculous,they advertise 50 baht draft beer to lure people inside who wait for the ferry although they don't offer draft beer at all. Then they grossly overcharge you and demand you pay as much for one beer as a 1 hour taxi ride in Bangkok would cost (did that the day before so I can compare). They have no menu showing the price,and if you complain they threaten you (staff is obviously trained to scam ferry boat riders). Guess they are successful with their trick because people don't wanna miss the ferry. Hope I can keep some people from making the same experience by reading the reviews on here.
