The temple is a tourist attraction with many little souvenir shops around it. Also some food, ice cream and cold drinks.
Check out the spiritual statues along the estuary.

Good place to watch planes land and taking off as the fly quite low in the area!

It's located on a small island and connected by small road with a really nice view on a sea. Also, the views from the top are amazing. There are plenty of small shops around and a parking lot. If you are into beautiful views I'd recommend you to visit this one.

The place is nice, if you are on a ride and you can do a short stop then it is fine. But I would not recommend to drive especially for the Big Buddha to this place.

You have a nice view from the top of the Buddha and you can see Thai people praying at the statue.

You can see that this is a very touristic area, because directly at the parking space there are a lot of shops and some restaurants. I would not recommend to buy or eat there, because the prices are higher.

A very nice and beautiful place to visit. Backed by the Indian ocean with amazing blue turquoise water. When I visit it was around 11:30am and it was super hot but the corridors in temple facing ocean feels so good. A must visit place if you are in Samui. Good to go.

Breath taking view for sure. I was there after the COVID pandemic, was pretty calm very few people. So it was very easy to go in. Not much thing to do here. But the Buddha statue was great plus the view of the ocean.

One of my favorite places on the island. I love to spend time here, great energy. Yes, it’s a bit tourists place as well, but who care if you have your own target to visit.

P.S. please be aware to wear modest outfit, it’s a temple first, respect monks and other people here.

Nice temple, but I would suggest trying to go when the tide is high. Many little shops to buy clothes or food or souvenirs. The view from the top is quite nice. No cost for parking or entering the temple.
