The best hostel I ever stayed in. The owner is such a nice lady. It’s really clean and the beds are amazing. The beach is a one minute walk away. It’s really quiet and far away from all the tourist places. I would love to come back.

The staff was super friendly and available, they offered me pretty much all dinners I had in Samui as well as breakfasts. The other guests were friendly as well and we had a great time. The hostel itself is clean and nice; it is not very close to Samui (no big deal in my opinion), but it is easily accessible from the pier and you get to the beach in no time.

The hostel is on a quieter part of the island, 30 steps from a beautiful stretch of beach. The beds are really comfortable with sprung mattresses the bedrooms have very efficient AC. It's a little way to the nearest big shops (around 20 minutes cycling on the the free bikes) but as a result it's got a really peaceful atmosphere and is a great place to relax.

Incredible hostel, Chompoo is the best hostess I’ve come across during this year long trip around Asia. Beds are comfy, breakfast is fulfilling, you can get the best lattes at their coffeehouse, and you just walk 20 meters and you can dip in the ocean. Perfect place for a getaway! ❤️

Perfect if you want to relax:
There is no City, no 7/11, no party, just the locals living life in their own pace.
No annoying shops wanting to sell nonsense.
The hostel is very comfortable, very cheap and clean as well.
And: 20m to the beach
And the host is the nicest Person on this Planet! We felt like being part of the family.
Any time again!

I had the most wonderful experience at this hostel. I was only going to stay one night but ended up staying 4! Front desk lady (Chompu) was UNBELIEVABLE! I came during the slower season, and I was the only one in the hostel. Chompu cooked for me free of charge every night. I was invited to their Saturday night BBQ and ate often with the whole family.

It happened to be the 1 year anniversary of the hostel and was invited to join them for a ceremony with the monks of the village! I got an authentic Thai experience at this hostel! They accept me as part of their family. If you are looking for a quiet, small Thai village experience, this is the place! Very clean, tons of snacks/coffee/tea, amazing staff, 20m from the beach! AMAZING SERVICE!

Really amazing hostel out if the way if everything. If you want some peace and quiet come here or if you want to train Muay Thai there is a place juat a few minutes walk up the road. There is a shop just opposite. You get free breakfast that's got food there all day and also tea, coffee and water also for free. If you need to go to the local market you can use the bike for free which is handy. If you want it for the day it's 250B and you can see most of the island in a day if you do it right. Literally a few steps to the beach front. The staff are amazing help you with everything even booking transport to another island. I had the pleasure of drinking with onenif the staff one night with his friends where they did BBQ and had some Thai whiskey was really good. Highly recommended this place to stay! Also second best WiFi I've had since being in SE Asia. I'llback for sure!
