The shower set up is fantastic. Employees with smile from their heart. The hotel staff were very helpful and always polite and attentive. The landscape were beautiful throughout the day. Location is just great for families with young children. The Dorms were cozy with good AC and safes. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had the most delightful winter vacation. Excellent location can get to anywhere easy. I liked their strong coffee in the morning. A nice feature are the jet showers. Greeted with warm welcome upon arrival. Easy access to tourist attractions. The staff at this resort are just so friendly and attentive.

The rooms are perfect as is the setting. We were always greeted with a smile. The location of this hotel can not be beaten. Wifi in the room is truly a bonus. The staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way. ***y tourist attractions are within walking distance. I highly recommend this place.

The executive suites are to die for. I believe the location of the hotel is great. By the way we have free wifi in our rooms. All of the staff members were extremely helpful and very friendly. Very convenient to all the major attractions. I could enjoy good coffee immediately. The rest of the services were great.

My wife and I made our initial trip there. Location of the hotel is very convenient. The hotel’s transportation is very convenient. From the moment we walked through the doors we were greeted with a warm welcome. Came across Sucasa and the friendly Dutch*** gave me a room for bt.

I stayed at this place for 10 mins until I found an actual hostel.

Location is the worst, please stay at Haad Rin on close by if you are looking for party etc, and anywhere up north for nice resorts, at this location close to the pier there are nothing but motorbike shops.

The attention was very poor, and the price is absolutely ridiculous for the facilities and location, in short this is an absolute trap.

The manager is basically waiting to see your face and ready to say "no refund", I am sure no one is happy to stay there even if that means losing money...

Just dont do it, you have been warned...

Clean and organised, friendly owners. But the bedrooms stink to cleaning products, and it gave me a hell of a headache. It's cheap and central, good value for money, but not for long stays.
