Great location, lovely staff. On-site restaurant is good value and the food is very nice. Rooms are simple, great value for money though. Pool is nice and sunsets from the deck with a beverage are great.

Cute and clean resort right on the beach. Restaurants in the area to walk to, so it’s a really good location. Downside is there are 2 dogs that bark at night, this can be a little annoying. At the restaurant they’re a little slow and you have to ask nearly every time you need something. You get 15% discount if you’re staying at the resort but just watch out for the bill as I was nearly 150 b overcharged due to a calculation error of the waiter.

The location is fantastic. I was just here for 2 nights as i was still looking for a place to stay near my yoga school. The room is okay for the price you are paying. Its pretty cheap. The staffs are also nice and attentive.

I read negative comments below and i think its not a reflection of the resort at all. As just like everywhere else the tourism business are starting back, if you are expecting Germans 2 star resort, you might want to go back to Germany and spend your holidays. This is thailand and they are recovering, yes the place can look a bit run down but you have other choices too. So if you have picked this one with the price, dont complain like a little spoilt white baby.

For me the one that really bother me was the noise coming from the other guests at night. I would think people would be more sensitive about other people sleeping but they were not maybe wasnt cultured enough.

Mouldy room, facilities not maintained, very rude management. Not recommended to stay with young children due to serious health concerns! We travelled with a 7-month-old baby and moved out earlier without getting a refund for the remaining 4 days. IF, you really want to try this hotel, I would recommend to only book for one night to get a personal impression and a chance to change the hotel.

Our large room was full of mould, dark (felt like a cave), and the walls were full of unpainted spots. It made the impression as if the resort was not renovated since it was built. All the facilities looked old and not taken care of. This is very sad, as the pool and restaurant areas would be very nice, if the owner would take at least some care. When we complained, the management was trying to make us feel bad for daring to complain and asking for a refund for the remaining days. During the few days we stayed at the resort another mom with a baby and a solo traveller also moved out earlier. Both because their rooms were mouldy too (the other baby got sick from it) and not maintained. The towels we got were full of spots and washed out. The management was simply ignorant and showed no sense of empathy towards a young family with legitimate concerns about our health (see the pictures of the mould I posted on google maps). The trump-style denialism and blaming of customers in the response to customers critical comments on google maps shows the attitude of the management. I lived and travelled extensively in Thailand for 4 years and never experienced such a rude and careless hotel management during this time. I would highly discourage everyone from choosing this place. There are nicer accommodation options on Koh Phangan.

I have edited my review from 2 stars to 1 star based on their arrogant response to my review. You can read their response for yourself and see their poor attitude. They keep bringing up they're not a.5* hotel as a reason for not having basic amenities when I've stayed in hostels and 2 star hotels for 400 baht that have something as basic as a hairdryer

My original review below:

The only reasons this gets 2 stars is because a) the location is good b) the resort outside area by the pool and beach is lovely. Other than that, the room was super tired and old. AC dripping water, with which they just put a towel on the floor by the bed to catch the water. I reserved for a large bed and they just put two single beds next to each other, was very uncomfortable. No hairdryer or safe, for a room that costs 1k baht a night. Their excuse was that they are a budget hotel but I've paid 400 baht for a room and it had hairdryer lol. The staff are unhelpful when reserving. I had to chase them for days to get a reservation. They did not accept pay arrival, only deposit in advance, and when they told me that it's only deposit by transfer they didn't even bother providing the bank details for that. It took nearly a week just to get a reservation confirmation. Moreover, they took a 1k baht deposit, and upon check out they said that I left a stain and took 300 baht from my deposit. The stain was a brown patch left on the top side of the bed as I fell asleep on one of the flowers they put on your bed for arrival, and it died and left a stain. They wouldn't believe me that it was the flower, but I literally took the flower which was all brown and mangled from under me in the morning and threw it away. Anyway, I wouldn't stay here again

I spent almost 2 weeks here. Well, it was okay for such reasonable price, but at the end they hadn’t returned me 1000bath for deposit (i used the red local balm that marked linens)
I was tolerant of imperfections but it was too much. There are a few of them:

- poor quality internet ( it hadn’t worked for more than 3 days at all after thunderstorms)
- no electricity (the same reason)
- the towels they provide smell like a mold once you wet it
- restaurant was good for such reasonable price ( they give you a discount as if you live there)
- linens and everything else was a bid old

So anyway it’s up to you to decide if it’s worth it or not

I stayed for 7 nights.The resort located by the sea , west coast , i enjoy sunset every evening with bean bag at the beach.
Room super clean with comfy bed , restaurant also by the sea good taste real Thai authentic and not expensive. They offer discount 15% for food and happy hour drinking 5-8pm.
The owner, Manager and all staffs super nice and great service mind they know even what breakfast i ate everyday hahaha
Even my last day they make sandwich for me take away on ferry. How lovely they are.

❤️ i think i'm inlove with this resort i won't go back home.
