We had an amazing time here! Some points of improvement possible but overall experience for us was great.
We got contacted for a pick-up on the pier and everything went smooth, someone with a sign was waiting for us and took us to the resort. Because I didn't have enough Thai money I had to change and they drove me to the closest exchange office. The room was really nice and clean, staff at the reception was really helpful and super friendly!
Bed was comfortable and shower head good!!
Breakfast was included in the price, long list from things to choose in the morning. We didn't like the sugary orange juice we got but that's just a detail.

Only negative thing we can see is that the staff working in the restaurant seemed kind of moody all the time. No smiles, kind of grumpy and looked like they didn't really enjoy what they were doing. All the other staff was enthusiastic and super friendly.
We would definitely recommend this place and come back if we ever come back to Koh Tao.

We had animals in our beds and no AC but we booked a room with.
The manger was totally unfriendly and incompetent. The pictures on Hostelworld are fake. That’s how it looks. So we will Never come again and I really do not recommend it. We wanted to get the money back for one night because we left after one ( booked 2) but the manager said that he can just give 50% from one night. You can get a very nice HOTEL for the same price.

The place seemed great at first, great bar by the beach and cheap accommodations. But all went wrong in the middle of the night... Our sleep was disturbed by loads of bed bugs... We had to pack our bag and leave, and since there was no staff around, we had to find another hotel at 2 am... Still got full refund the next day. Avoid room 17 if there!

We stay here 8 nights. Rooms were clean and nice, one aircon cottage and one fan cottage.
There is water shut offs during a day, ussually afternoon, so no shower after morning dives. WiFi doesn’t work in the middle cottages (30+25) what was kind annoying.
They have really nice beachfront restaurant with good food. Only music is loud-ish and they have some activities like quizz-night and karaoke so during them restaurant is not nice for ‘quiet’ dinner. Over all experience ok.

Nice place. We had the cabin 10m from the beach. Nice and cozy. Small simple bathroom, with little warm water, but it did the job. Nice good cleaning every day... even 1. January. Was there 5 days but could have stayed for a month ????.

The location is amazing, staff are very friendly and there is lots to do around and great restaurants around property. They have a great restaurant/bar on their location which is right on the beach. There’s events like karaoke night and trivia night; do them, it’s tons of fun and you get to know other travellers as well the workers.

We got to know a bunch of the staff who gave us great recommendations; Anne, Sajad, Soh u0026 Lem; they all work at the restaurant and are very friendly, easy going and great to have conversations with. Sajad even gave us a quick crash course on the bike we rented as it had been a few years since we tried but very easy to learn.

Very nice staff, the room was spacious and clean. Front beach and with different activities offered, as well as a nice restaurant service.
I would recommended!
