We enjoyed our stay since the moment we arrived at Baan Reenaa, till the moment we left. We had the Queen Bungalow and we loved it. Very clean and new bungalow with a terras, queen bed, small kitchen, bathroom with hot water and airco. It's a bit further away from the main road and shops, and that makes it very quiet around the bungalow. No noise, nothing ...super to relax and wake up zen. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They also rent out motorbikes for a nice price, so you have everything you need. Baan Reenaa is located more south of Lanta... far from Saladan, but very close to all the attractions. The Cave, Asalan organic shop, is right behind the corner. We highly recommend this place !!

We loved this place so much, it’s where we decided to extend our stay! It’s definitely a little bit off the normal path, but we had a bike so it was never an issue for us. We loved that it was quiet and in an area where there weren’t many tourists! The bed, bathroom, and AC were all nice to have. Outside of the bathroom is a little kitchenette area with two huge sinks, a hot water thing, and a fridge/freezer. The only downsides were that the sink leaked a little (put the trash can under it) and the ants. There were SO many ants any time there was even a hint of sleep from food or a teeny tiny crumb. We used essential oils around our place and it definitely helped. All in all, we loved it and would recommend it to anyone not minding not being right off the beach.

We stayed here 2 nights because the initial place we wanted was full, and we did not regret the change ! Bungalows are brand new, very nicely furbished and decorated. Hot water, air con (for an extra fee), fridge, big TV, small terrasse. The outdoors are well maintained (flowers, trees) which makes the view from the window very pleasant.
The personnel does not speak much English and there aren't the usual services (such as food, laundry, moped rental), but other places nearby offer those services so we didn't mind.
The location is quiet, 5/8 minutes away from the nightlife (which is exactly what we wanted) so perfect to rest.
It's a great location to explore the island : mid distance from North and South, but also from the East and West coast.

This is place is great and really affordable and especially comparing to what you get. The rooms seems like just a couple of weeks Old and everything is super clean and new. The beds are very comfortable and kingsize. The room has aircon, Fan, television, place to sit outside, warm shower etc. The place is a little bit far away from everything But when you rent a motorbike from them its solved.

Very quiet and peaceful place away from the road for relaxation. Large room, large shower, large refrigerator, quiet but not very powerful air-conditioning, own patio. I had the best dream here in my trip to Thailand. But because of this, it is impossible to walk to any place, only on a motobike. But to take a bike for hire at the hotel is a great adventure. A man who works here does not speak English. First I was offered a very old bike for 200 baht and there were no other options, the next day I found another motobike in another hotel. Often I had to seek help from a neighboring hotel, where I was understood. I also sometimes ate there and there I bought return tickets from the island.

Staff should urgently learn English. Sometimes I talked with a woman who speaks English, she is at the hotel very rarely. Because of this, the hotel loses money, because tourists can easily go to where they are understood.

Well worth the price! Fresh rooms, polite staff and good wifi. A long way from the beach but nothing to worry about if you rent a moped. The rooms has a small kitchen, tv, toilet, fan and a air con (if you want to use the AC it's a fee of 50 baht per day)

Peaceful, quiet environment. Nice new buildings with big room with a/c and fridge. New sliding glass doors with alu profiles, such as the windows: seals well. This is why you need to open a bit at least one window, when you turn on the bathroom light (suction vent will suck up the air from the drain, if all windows are closed).
You need to detach the key from the keyholder card, so leave the card in the wall socket and set the A/C full power, while you go to the beach. Otherwise you wouldn't survive the hot afternoon, if the A/C start working only when you are back. You wish nice neighbors for yourself, as the walls are a little thin, so some noise can come through it.
The host family is really helpful and nice, even if you need to use base English.
