Good authentic Thai food.. Price for foreigners and locals are different. Old lady speaks English.

There’s a reason this place has so many great reviews...because it’s awesome! This is old school, absolutely delicious Thai food that I just love; that’s getting harder and harder to find these days — even in Bangkok. It’s a family business (and a lovely and helpful family it is) and I was excited to see them creating pastes and herb mashes by hand right out in front. (I once took a cooking class at the Blue Elephant and learned just how mandatory a pestle and mortar is for proper Thai cooking and heard how often it’s not used because it’s so time consuming and exhausting.)

They are also very considerate about spiciness levels for foreigners. And by that I mean they don’t just dilute with coconut milk. You get the full flavor with whatever level of heat you want. Fantastic!

My tom kha kai was delicious as was my yam nuea with sticky rice. Also tried the tom yum goong — incredible but if you’re a farang and you ask for it spicy, be prepared. It is! ????????????

Simply, the best tasty Thai food you could find.
The restaurant is small and simple but the staff and service are superb.

Good menu selection at reasonable prices. I certainly enjoyed what I ordered and will be back to try more dishes

The streetfood highlight on our Thailand trip next to our hotel. The small restaurant is running by a family, super kind Thai locals. All dishes are superb, delicious, fantastic. If you are afraid of street food, you can easily go and give a try! The vegetables, herbs, meat/seafood were always fresh, and prepared in the opened kitchen on the streetfront.

We loved pad thai, the currys, and the mango sticky rice :P

The prices are really fair, and not overpriced tourist menus.
