My last year review was very good and I thought the same during my visits to the hospital for consultation, yesterday and today. However, one incident made me change my opinion when I was waiting for my queue number which didn’t show in the screen despite me waiting for over one hour. I thought maybe they misplaced my papers or something, so decided to ask the nurse at the Orthopedic Clinic, 3rd floor but I was shocked by the way she replied by shouting loud and very rude. She practically ignored the question and shouted by asking if My name is ….. (whose turn is shown). Very impolite and made my blood boil, yet I kept cool and walked away and continued waiting. My name eventually came up after all the others finished and I had the place for myself. If the admin of Nopparat hospital would like details, I’m happy to provide. By the way, I was a paying patient without any privileges.

It's terrible service and poor management. My nephew broke his leg and arm from an accident. He had been waiting for getting surgery for 3 days. It is unacceptable. This is life threatening. If they can't handle the case please just transfer him to other hospitals.

Been going here for several years to manage my diabetes and DVT. It's quite good service for a government hospital. They are constantly trying improve their system, which for me is a bit of a downside as I might have to learn a new system every so often.

You need to wait longer for your turn then at private hospitals but the price is a huge difference. If you don't require super high tech equipment and save 70 to 80% on ypur hospital bill, this is the place to go. Recommend to take a translator if your thai language skills are limited.

The only good thing about this place is phychiatist department. Nice staffs. They really do care their patients.

This hospital is highly inconvenient to its visitors and inpatients. Nurses can be quite a royal pain in the ... A nurse even outright lies to her superior about sufficiently giving directions. I'll give some credit to the doctors, though.

We came to emergency room. Had to wait more than 1,5 hours and still nobody really was talking to us. Very unfriendly staff. Make you even more sick
