Nice gym on 2nd floor of hotel. 1 month is 1,200 baht, and it has everything you need for a good workout. Has aircon and several large fans, and lots of mirrors and windows overlooking the pool. Would definitely recommend, especially if you’re staying around Sansabai road

Best gym in Patong. Has air conditioning and filtered water. Equipment is fantastic too. There’s also a pool if you want to have a dip after. Highly recommended.

Where do you find a good gym with sauna/steamroom/swimming pool for 1200baht a month? Awesome place.

This gym accepts daily weekly monthly and of course annual membership. The daily and weekly makes it easy for tourist looking for a short term commitment at a reasonable price. There are 3 types of packages, leisure, health and platinum. For a day pass, leisure and health are baht 295 each or baht 470 for platinum to use all facilities for a day. You also get 15% off food and beverages at the restaurant/ cafe at the hotel.

Get gym and pool access for a low daily few if your not stauing at the hotel. Got facilities, great place to have lunch. Very near Bangla. Good place to meet ex pat's.

Maybe the best gym alternative in sentral Patong. Only 1200 bath/month including use of pool and steam sauna. You can also have a drink and a snack in the pool area.

This GYM is exactly what you need for holiday workout . I cant give a review about restaurant or hotel,but them look pretty clean from what i could see in the gym .
