Went bowling last night with three friends. Had a great time. Brand new shoes were available. We had a blast. First time bowling for my friends. Will definitely be back. Not sure why all the negative reviews. I went when first opened and was great. Yes it’s older now but hey we are not all pro bowlers. No problems with dirty balls or lanes breaking down. If you want to go just go and see for yourself. Have fun and enjoy it for what there is.

Staff was great and very friendly and helpful. They have obviously made positives changes in customer service since these other reviews have been posted. It's a great atmosphere for groups. Bowling balls are a bit beat up but that can be forgiven in my book.

The only real complaint I have is the wax on the lanes. I put a ton of spin on my ball to make it hook into the pocket and the lanes have almost no wax on them if any at all (at least the lane I was on) So if you try to put proper spin on the it will grip the lane instead of spin on the wax and gutter ball about half way down the lane. If you just throw the ball straight and want to have a good time its really not that big of a deal.

I just like to put a ton of spin on the ball and that is literally impossible with the current state of the lane I was bowling on. I told the staff and they genuinely seemed like they wanted to fix the problem they even qatched to see what I meant. Hopefully they begin to wax the lanes more often.

I still would reccomend this place I had a great time.

Worst bowling experience I have ever had. Went there with my partner and it cost us about 1000 BAHT for two games with two people which is a bit much but fair price, however for the experience. I should’ve gotten my money back. The lanes were constantly broken and we were turning our heads looking for someone to fix them. We even had to change lanes due to the problem not even being fixable. The balls were old and dented and never went in a straight line, and the thumb hole on the balls on about 2/3 had a chip in it so it cut your thumb every time you bowled. It smelt of cigarette smoke and all and all was a terrible experience. I wished I had read these reviews before I went and I hope mine stops someone from going there

If you're here to have a good honest game of bowling, stay away. You'll only be greeted with rubber smelling hands, severely dented balls, absolutely zero wax on lanes and missing pins upon each set. My spouse and I had a good laugh though, the fact that it still exists in this "megamall" is a huge joke.

One star is too much of a rating for this bowling alley I bought a bowling bag and after light use it broke I took it back with a receipt as requested and was accused of being dishonest for 400 but why would you bother they have had it too good for too long and they don’t treat tourist very well do not go there and do not buy bags they are substandard. Do not go anywhere near the joint

Bring your earplugs!!! Although I politely asked to have the volume lowered, I was politely ignored!!!! Consequently, I didn't enjoy my bowling experience as I was concerned about high frequency damage to my hearing.

bad machines, bad balls and expensive !
I paid for one game 480baht for 2 persons, and ask for another game for 140baht per person.
total 760 for 2 games 2 persons.
