We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. Their well experienced driver will take you anywhere you want to go. ***agement is superb. The food quality was good. The swimming pool is lovely. Very nice value for the money.

The hotel is in a really great location. We felt really safe walking about the neighbourhood at night. Public transportation is very close by. The cleanliness of the room was well kept. I was very impressed with all of the amenities in the room. We definitely got value for our money.

Everything is pretty much in walking distance. The rooms were some of the best we have ever had. The children had a great time and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. All of the staff members were extremely helpful and very friendly. The hotel ***agement and its service was really good.

We stayed at the hotel 4 nights at the end of the month. The hotel itself is perfect for someone who wants to escape city life. Most of the time sea is back so you can't do anything except enjoying the pool. The ***agers on duty were v helpful n gives good advice.

We would stay again for sure. I love the layout of the room. Serenity use a very experienced tour guide that will take you to all Phuket tourist attractions as well as in the Phang Nga area. The adults got to sit around and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with a cold beer or wine.

Good place and good staff but need improvement. Location is ok. Accomodations are amazing. Breakfast is not ideal so dont buy it. They need to do something about mosquitos really. But I still give it 4 star.

The bungalows are great, the balconies give you some own space. And the morning view is beautiful. Shout out to Sit - great security guy.
