Twice we have gone there with the intention of renting/buying. Offices never open.
Apartments online look great. BUT, no service.

Condo is 10 y old. It's well maintained. Security is bit annoying, cool spacious rooms. Nice swimming pool. Quiet really good place to stay.

Spent weekends with our daughter during the month of June whilst travelling around Phuket area Krabi and Kho Panang. A very comfortable apartment with a great view. Clean and tidy apartment block which seemed to be well run. Great swimming pool, laundry and other facilities. Very central and close to restaurants and major shopping centres. Very friendly staff and security. Will be back.

Average condo bld but price is 12k baht a month, gym is trashy, wifi good

Great apartment, perfect for two people. Location of a main road so quiet, pool and gym located on site. It is 20 minutes to Patong Beach and 25 minutes to Rassada Pier. The apartment was comfortable, all the amenities of home e.g. Kitchenette, sofa, TV big comfy bed.

The Ratchaporn is a really nice place. It is located between the Phuket old town and the party place Patong. You have lots of delicious restaurants around just a few minutes by motorbike and they aren't that touristy like the in the popular spots. The rooms are comfortable, have a good working aircondition, secured parking, small gym and two big community pools. I stayed here for a timeperiod of four months and I would stay here again. Recommendation on this place.

A nice quiet spot to stay when in phuket. Only downside is you need to travel via scooter or car if you want to go to bigger supermarkets and stores. Clean and has a pool and gym.
