Very friendly staff. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the door*** with a warm welcome. Nice pool area for kids to adults. I found the bed to be quite comfortable. Our room was by far the nicest we have experienced. Could not find much to do in the evenings in the locality.

Very nice hotel especially for the price. Rooms were clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make sure we caught the airport bus which was extremely kind! Everything was well maintained. Nice breakfast and pool.
The only downside is it is a bit far from Everything, but if you are getting a tour or rent a car/motorbike this place is perfect! Not the optimal place to rely on taxis. Also the food in walking distance is very expensive so plan ahead!

We had a good holiday there. There are a lot of high end shops here. The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was great especially the freshly cooked Thai options,on the menu. The tub is pretty small not sure why. I did not find the pool area relaxing at all.

The room we stayed in was clean. All the staff was very friendly and helpful at the hotel. The hotel was only a few minutes from shopping,resturants etc. Beds very comfortable. Rooms at the end of the hall were larger. We liked the porridge. Great value for money.

Would go there again if it wasn't always booked out. Every staff member we met gave us a friendly greeting and a smile. There was a jacuzzi as part of the pool, but it was not hot-water. The pool was nice. The room has comfortable walking space within the room.

The hotel has an excellent location. It's about 3min walk off the main road but walkable to some restaurant nearby and about 20min walk to Central Festival. A lot of shopping mall around the hotel. We really recommend this hotel if you want to stay out of the busy Patong.

i stayed here just when covid was beginning. staff friendly and it was fine for the price you pay
