For the price I paid it was prefect for my needs and why it gets full stars as is based on the price , Most of the staff were friendly and helpful, They have Beach towels u0026 Umbrellas for guests to use. Safe, TV, Fridge and free water each day. Shower was nice and hot. It is about 10 min scooter to beach or 30 min walk there are Cafes and food places around hotel and a 7/11 across the road from hotel. Scooter parking outside hotel. If you are after something cheap and cheerful then this place is perfect.

The rooms have always been spotlessly clean. The breakfast in the morning is wonderful. Their attention to detail and the courtesy of the staff was unsurpassed. The hair dryer was very powerful. I looked forward to coming back to my room at night. We would not hesitate to recommend in the slightest.

The staff are really helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean. The free parking for car is possible. Very nice rooftop bar that opens at night on the seventh floor. There is excellent WiFi in every room with a really good signal. I can't wait for our next trip.

Cozy hotel about 15-20 minutes walk from the beach. Our room was clean and the air con was fantastic.

Lots of info available about things to do in the area and staff are able to book a number of activities at reasonable prices.

Staff and especially the owner were fantastically friendly. Really great place and would stay again in an instant.

Very nice big rooms, with fridge and AirCon. Friendly staff. Clean beds. If not noise we would stay there for few night more.
The only problem we had was street noise. Unfortunately, the windows are not very soundproof. So if you have a room on the street side (not important on which floor we had on 1 and 3) you will hear quite strong motorbikes and tuk tuk with loudly playing music.

What a nice little hotel. The rate is relatively very cheap. Had our laundry done at the hotel. There are plenty of elevators for the amount of guests. I liked their strong coffee in the morning. Restaurants local and tasty. For the shopaholics, tons of high end shops nearby.

I stayed at Patong eyes a week ago. I am very happy. Good location in Patong, in the middle of everything, not far away from Patong beach. The owner of the place Salvatore cooks himself. I did not expect so delicious breakfast in 3 star hotel. The staff were nice and helpful, it is really nice that they can speak English. My room was very spacious and cozy, good air-condition. I have already booked room for my next trip in January, defiantly can recommend this property.
