Before the trip we booked a room only on a half period of staying in Thailand. Because we wanted to have an option to change the hotel if something is going not well. But we extended staying according to our fillings. We falled in love with Troy Guest House :) The service was amazing. The hotel staff is very friendly, they helped with our excursions (gave a big discount) and other issues, kept almost the same price after extending. The location is pretty good. It is not so far from the beach but far enough not to hear a noise from the outside at night. There are a gym and a cafe with cheap shakes on the first floor and a shop at the next building. Almost was great except the rooms windows. There were other rooms in front of our window at 1 meter. But there were another rooms with a normal distance between walls. Also I have a suggestion to the shower. Better when it has a flexible pipe and not fixed on the wall. But still the hotel is great thanks to the crew :)

I am staying in this place for monthly they doesn’t have cleaner if you want to clean your room you need to pay more money to clean the room each time, Location is next to the road which is really loud, I booked to clean the room for three days they’re not coming but when they come they leave the door open which I have a lot of things inside my room this is not private at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place

They say that it’s a cheap hotel that’s why they don’t offer any services. My opinion is that this is a poor place to stay in as the price is not that cheap comparing to other hotels within the same level.

First there is no elevator and no bill boy so you have to carry your luggage all the way on the stairs.

No phone in the room so don’t think of asking for anything from the hotel staff unless you go all the way down on the stairs.

View if I can call it a view is terrible because it’s almost connected to the next building so your view is the wall of the other adjacent building which literally you can reach it from your balcony.

Towels were dirty at the check in and AC will take few hours to start cooling.

Basically no service is provided at all except a bed nothing more

Wifi not working for a week now and no one cares to fix no matter how many times you ask. Cleaning lady is not cleaning very much. Water works, a/c starts working after a few hours and no elevator. Beds Rock solid and clean. Good and easy access to most areas unlike other motels near by. Ikroon next door is much better at Just about everything.

Pros
1. The location is close to Dragon market .
2. 1.4 KMS to Bangla road.
3. You have 7/11 shop next to the hotel.
4. The staff is helpful and cordial.
5.Two bottles of water per day given.
6. Taxi services outside hotel.
7. Hotel has restaurant (though I didn't eat in it)

Cons
1. AC had problems first day. It started leaking in the morning.
2. They don't change bedsheets ,just trun them over everyday.
3. No phone in room to contact staff.

Clean and very nice helpfull desk man. But to bad they dont have a elevator or lift. And no coffe or tea and hairdry in the room... but that is valueable hotel.
