Decent quality with polite and friendly staff in a nice and clean environment. Tried something different which was the rice box... they have super spicy wings which are actually super spicy... must try if you enjoy the heat! Btw it's an order with a ticket number waiting system... worked fine for me

If I could give 0 starts, i would have done it. Good service, smiley workers, good fries, but nothing else....the chicken burger is disgusting...have too much wierd cream inside of it....the wings are alive..under the "fried" there is a red living meat...not good at all and absoulotly shame to KFC! And the Pepsi has taste of rust! Eww

Am a big fan of KFC, But this Branch in Patong is the worst by far in everything(employees, food quality, service and cleanliness), one star only for the fries, KFC management you should do something about it

You can’t find rice. The option is only french fries. They need improve the services.

We were passing by yesterday in the afternoon and my friend just wanted to go in and purchase a tuna salad as we had lunch already.
The counter girl made fun of her to the other staff in Thai language saying my friend had "no money,cheap" and they were laughing at her.I purchase buckets through delivery from them for my hotel staff almost every weekend.I will never order again.
This same bad behaviour has been mentioned on TripAdvisor by a few other customers as well.Some serious customer service issues and lack of training is very obvious here!

Nice place . Chichen burger is nice . Very crowed . Ample of space . Good place to relax after long hours of shopping

This is what they call 7 pieces of chicken pops. The worst KFC experience I have ever had.
