Had a great time rooms were nice and the cleaners did a great job.
The staff are very organised and helpful.
The breakfast was great and the food was good. The pool area was nice clean relaxing.
The pool bar guy named jhon was very helpful and courteous he was always polite and went the extra mile from mixing drinks looking after people while also being a good mentor for the otger staff while being chilled and relaxed. I would go back there and stay. For sure.

Very good visit to this hotel, it was first time staying at Swissotel but have visited many accor properties and this did not disappoint. Very personal service at this hotel, at the checkin counter after paperwork was complete, the girl working at front desk personally escorted us to our rooms and explained every detail of the hotel and waited for our luggage to arrive. Location is amazing, very close to everything and no noise at all so can get a very good nights sleep. Two swimming pools I particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool on level 7. This hotel has a lounge for members and can also be accessed by everyone if paid, I have to give a special mention to everyone involved in this lounge as it is absolutely amazing. Free water, tea and coffee all day and 5-7pm canapés, beers, cocktails and wine. Roxane and Maria from the lounge greeted us everyday with a big smile and by our names. All the staff in the hotel extremely nice and polite, very good service. Breakfast has a very good selection and many choices for everyone. I was a bit disappointed to see many people taking food with their hands and not using utensils although this is no fault of the hotel, there are many signs asking people to follow this basic common courtesy. I have read some previous reviews complaining about towels missing and room service, to be honest I did experience this also on one day, I mentioned it to a member of the team and within 2 minutes I had a fresh delivery of all towels. Overall if there was an option for 6 stars I would give all 6, thanks to all members for the Swissotel team Patong.

A nice hotel, which was a great place to come back to after being out in the humidity. There is a gym and two pool areas and an extensive buffet breakfast, which was included in our accommodation package. The hotel was really clean too. The stand out for me was the staff, they did everything in their power to make sure our holiday was fulfilling. A big shout out to John from the swim up pool bar and Bee from the tours desk. So so friendly. They deserve a HUGE payrise.

I found the hotel to be very nice. I had a beautiful studio suite and the cleaners done a great job. I like the Club lounge on the 7th floor with cocktails and canape's in the evening. Breakfast up there was very good as well. Thanks to Lekki for being a great host. The kids club is an awesome area for the kids so the adults can at least get a few hours chilling by the pool on the 3rd floor or up on the roof. Thanks to John at the pool bar for great service and food was exceptional. Will definitely be staying there next time.

Room is up to our expectations, food at breakfast can be improved such as cut down on oil and salt on the local dishes. Reception and restaurant staff is polite. Wifi provided is quite all right. They provide towels for us to bring out to the beach

One of the most awesome property I have visited. Not only the rooms are spacious and nicely lit, the view from my balcony was spectacular with hills in front and side. Also the swimming pools were beautifully designed and maintained. Roof top bar was bit sad as it was always empty but then, the 3 amazing properties on ground floor, i.e. Hard Rock Cafe, Hooters n Irish pub were the places where I spent most of my holidays. Not forget, friendly staff is always there to support with smile :)

Checked in 2hrs ago and must say I’m pretty disappointed so far. My booking must’ve been too complicated. Didn’t get what I paid for or requested in the way of beds and adjoining rooms (so I could keep an eye on teenage kids). Upon arriving I was told there weren’t any twin rooms available and no interconnecting rooms. Took them over 3 hours to finally get it all sorted even though the rooms are far apart. This was thanks to a fabulous staff member Mary who upgraded us to nicer rooms and even showed me them to ensure I was happy. It’s only because of her I’ve edited my rating from 2 star to 3. She gets 5 star (ask for her if you have any issues)
Also the first room we got was very ordinary. Balcony with no furniture, noisy hallways with banging doors and very plain looking interior. This was meant to be an upgrade from the place we just left, but it isn’t! I’m actually embarrassed I booked this hotel and miss the Blue Ocean Resort we just left. Their pool access rooms were a much nicer stay. Actually thinking of cancelling here and going back there.
Just hope our stay improves from here

Sorry to say but even the upgraded rooms didn’t make up for it. While the rooms are much nicer, be prepared for an interrupted sleep. There are constantly doors banging shut throughout the night which is both because of inconsiderate guests and the fact that doors don’t have slow closing mechanisms to avoid such issues
