Nice hotel with new rooms and a great bed! I really liked it and its close to the Action.
BUT that you have to pay 500 baht for bringing a "friend" at night is just not cool. You are in a room alone pay for 2 people and still they want 500 extra! NO !

Perfect location if you want to be near the nightlife but not have the noise in your room. Excellent value. Room was quite adequate and quiet. Staff was overworked and some guests were rude to them, but they were patient. Food options didn't look great but there are a hundred great places within a block of the front door so no need.

I will stay here again.

The room is clean and smell good, good air condition. When we first got here they welcomed us with a juice drink and that was good because I was sooo thirsty. The pool on the roof is great and the wiew is awesome. You can sit and enjoy the sun in both shadow and sun. And this hotel is also in a very good location, it’s next too the shopping mall and close to the beach, only few minutes near by.
The standard room isn’t so big, a room without a balcony and window, but it’s okay for us and if you want to be in the sun you can just go up to the roof 8th floor . Happy vacation

Unfortunately I broke my leg In Thailand and this hotel was so great to me they made everything possible to accommodate for my disability and made me feel completely comfortable. They have a beautiful rooftop pool and the staff here is amazing always willing to help me. The included breakfast is incredible. I completely recommend staying in this hotel when visiting Patong Beach in Thailand. I cannot thank them enough. ♥️

So lets write an honest review: this is the worst hotel ever. As we arrived the staff wasn't able to help us really good, afterwards they were laughing with us (dunno why).
As we entered the room, the fridge (2009) was so smelly and noisy, and the shower hasn't been cleaned for ages and by the time we woke up there were little bugs eating our toothbrushes. I almost puked because of lack in hygiëne and couldnt wait to get out of there.

I have been coming to this hotel for 5 years. I come to the hotel 3 times a year. Today I had to get out of the hotel and fly to Bangkok. Suddenly at the reception they tell me that the device is missing. And I have no hair at all. And even when I entered the room I didn't see a face. One of the cleaners must have stolen a pen device. I paid a 1000 baht fine. It's not ashamed they did to me. I was not treated with respect.

This hotel had a very good location. It is not far from the Bangla road where all the bars are, and after that road you have the beach.
It is also far enough from the Bangla road so you can't hear the clubs music.
The rooms are nice and comfortable, not very big but enough for a single guest or a couple.
Service was good and kind. The girls at the reception were very nice, and all had very good English.
It is a little more expensive than the hotels farther away from the beach or Bangla road.
I guess that since this Street has many middle eastern restaurants and kebab joints, most of the guests here from the middle East.
Overall, if you want to walk to Bangla road to party, or go to the beach, this is a good choice.
