Secure and safe place. Gated area with 24 hour security guards. Units are spacious but noise travels throughout the corridors. Parking available for cars and bikes but need permit, available at the onsite office. Complex has a pool and gym. Gym is basic. Pool is nice with tables and chairs around. Showers and locker/change room. Plenty of amenities near by; restaurants, cafes, bike and car rental, ATMS, 7-11, and tour operators. Its quiet and away from the hustle and bustle.

My wife has been living in this apartment for several months now. There is an extremely bad sewer odor smell coming from one of the bathroom drains. This sewer odor is smelled for up to 4 hours a day, usually from the early morning until mid-day. It makes the toilet unusable from the extreme smell.

We have already proven that this smell is not coming from our own toilet. We have used every drain cleaning product available and the sewer odor is still there.

She has already reported this problem and the apartment management does not seem able to fix this issue. I am quite certain that there is a damaged drain pipe and it has not been fixed. This would mean that there are several apartments that are affected by this smell.

Do not stay here. The infrastructure is not sound.

Nice serviced condominium. It has a swimming pool and a small gym which is nice. It is in a very close proximity to bike and car rent, laundry and even 7-11. My apartment was on the ground floor, and a rat kept coming at night and eating my rubbish. That is the reason I give it 4 stars.

Really nice place. 711 is just out the front and so is family mart. You’ve got lots of Thai places for food down the road. Patong is only 10 minutes away and central festival is five minutes the other way. Pretty much a perfect spot if you want to be a little out of Patong but still be close. Rooms there are nice to.

Very comfortable space to live! Cool swimming pool not under the sun light. Lots of laundrys, 7eleven close to the entrance.

This place was most disappointing. This is was an air bnb booking from Vitamin. We booked 3 night stay with 3 beds only to find 2 beds and a futon type mattress that was thin like a gym mat. Pictures were very misleading.
The main bathroom began to flood after a shower. The a/c in one of the rooms was not working and we were not given pool bands and were told that they were not needed but signs everywhere clearly stated that you must wear bands or pay 500thb to use the pool.
We were moved to another unit but the next unit was even worse so when we asked to be moved back the agent became upset and locked herself in another unit for over 15 mins. We finally had to call and request refund for the unused nights and he refused. We were told that we could leave and find a 5 star hotel if we didn't like the place and no refund would be given. Next day and After much debate we were given 50% back and were marked as no show for the unit.
I highly recommend never to book at this place and especially not with Vitamin.
The place is very removed from everything. Save your time and money and Go some where else.
